Fat to skinny

Before my salad days. I would eat all the wrong stuff and sad to say I was getting fat. I would eat burritos with enchilada sauce from a Mexican restaurant. In my college days, I would drink coffee with those sweet creamer, plus m min m’s  for breakfast because I would be late for class. So I had to eat something quickly. I would drink soda too and burgers and fries too.

Then, about ten years later I cut out the soda and the sweet creamer in my coffee. It maybe gross to some people, but it is better for me. I drink black coffee. Starbucks black coffee is the best. Since, I have done that i weigh about 140 lbs, where before I would vascilate between 165 lbs, to 170 lbs. So, I lost 25 to 30 pounds just giving up soda and the sweet creamer in my coffee. Plus, I used to eat cereal everyday, which i stopped because cereal is loaded with sugar and the milk I drank was causing a rash so I cut it out. Plus, milk doesn’t last in my refrigerator. It goes bad really quickly. I drink more water too, which is good too.  I eat sometimes two salads a day, which is good too. I still eat burritos, burgers, fries, but I do so in moderation. When, I eat something bad for me. I will try to drink water with it or I put lemon and lime in the water. I also eat apples, pears, and bananas, which also provides fiber to my body. So this is the way I stay trim. I eat an apple and a yogurt for breakfast. Then a salad for lunch, along with a pear. Then, I will eat another salad, along with a burger or pizza. Then, I will eat a banana at night because of the triptifin putting me to sleep. I also eat dark chocolate and sometimes a fruit salad, which I have shared on here. Yes, i drink a beer every once in a while. My sister keeps me thin by making salads and fruits salads so yea for my sister.

    1. I will eat things like pizza, cookies, cake, pie, but one thing for sure. I always balance it out with water and a banana. I am more of a creature of habit. It is the only way to be for a person like me, shot in the head.

    1. We all love food. I am sure it is frustrating. You might want to add apples or pears to your diet because they are high in fiber and drink plenty of water so can flush all that food out of you. It is just a suggestion. I have lost weight by eating an apple and a yogurt for breakfast and a salad for lunch. My dinners not so healthy, but I am skinny. Thank you for the comment.
