The number one regret i will have by the time I turn 60 is not getting life insurance for my sister. I really need to work on getting life insurance for her because you never know. The most fun
The most fun exercise for me today is walking. Walking is a very good exercise. There is a lot of benefits to walking. You can stay in shape with just walking. If, I do it right. That means walking three days a week which is what I average every week for about 15 minutes. I walk to Whole Foods, from where I live so it takes me roughly 20 minutes to get there. So that is pretty good.

Don’t want Covid-19
The pandemic changed us all. It was grouling going through it because I just stayed home a lot when I was not working for doordash. I still stay home a lot, rather stay home then catch covid-19 because I already have a weak immune system. My head injury did that to me. So, when I am in public closed in spaces and someone is coughing I put on a mask. I always carry a mask with me now, if I am going to be at a store or someplace closed in. So basically, it has made me evaluate my surroundings and make sure there are no people coughing. Or else, I will put on a mask or move very quickly away from them.
I couldn’t believe it. During the covid-19 pandemic, it was winter time. I was taking a break from working with doordash. I had to use the restroom. So, I went to QT. I went inside their bathroom and caught the flu. It was horrible. Thank goodness it was not covid-19 because I could still breathe, but the next day. I just rested. I got better and resumed working with doordash. But, that’s a wake up call, to wear a mask in the bathroom at qt in the winter because it could have been covid-19 and I would have been sick longer, or even die. So, what I learned is always have a mask on me, no matter the season. If someone is coughing put it on right away because I can easily get covid-19 and I don’t want covid-19 on top of being disabled. That would be very bad. Even the flu is bad. If I can avoid getting anything. I will do it because I hate being sick. It is no fun.
Usually with me, if I get the flu. It usually turns into bronchitis which now I have a hard time breathing. My nose is stuffed up and I have phlegm in my throat. So, it is better that I wear a mask so I can alleviate getting sick all together.

Confidence can be easy:
My aunt Gracie is the most confident person I know because she has to be confident to teach a bunch of children at a school. She walks into a room and demands respect and knows who she is. She teaches children with kindness, but when a child she knows, is not putting their best foot forward. She asks them to do better and it usually works because she works with them. Until they are adequate and can get the job done correctly. She gives her students power to direct their lives, but not so much that they are disruptive in class. She is in control of the classroom. She has a heart of gold, but if students push her buttons. They get sent to the principal office or suspended or even expelled. She doesn’t put up with student drama. She knows why she is there, to teach the students the subject matter and leave for the day. Then, come back and do it all over again. Thank you for reading. Have a great night.
Only significant and the war
My middle name is my real father’s name, which is Joseph. That’s the only thing that’s remarkable about my middle name. When my real father was living God rest his soul. He went by Joe.
My mom and my real father divorced when I was young, so I never had the chance to get to know him, besides visiting Florida in the 80’s. He lived in Pensacola Florida and I live in Tucson AZ, so we are far apart. So, when he died. I didn’t go to his funeral because it was too far. In all actualllity, he is dead and his girlfriend is dead also. God rest both their souls.
Onto something I heard on Instagram. This post said we are at war with China over oil. China gets its oil from both Venezuela and Iran. Well, Venezuela not so much anymore, but Iran yes. So if we control the oil reserves from both countries. We have China in our back pocket. Yet, China might start getting oil from Russia so we don’t have control over them. I would really appreciate it, if Trump doesn’t get us in a war with China. That would be a terrible war. Well, that’s just one way to look at the war. It makes sense because Trump is all about the oil. I realize the war is costing us a billion dollars a day, but nothing works with this administration. We can protest the war and still he will do whatever he wants. So, we mightiswell just enjoy the ride. Trump did say Iran could strike the USA with bombs, but that remains to be seen. I don’t want to count it out, but it is a possibility. Well, hopefully the war won’t go on for a long time. Trump wants Iran to surrender. So if Iran surrenders. I guess the war is over and Trump and the people of Iran pick a new leader. It is much simpler said than done, but that is what I gather has to happen. Thank you for reading. Have a good night.

Learn and let learn
Last thing I learned was that whole foods now sells Painterland yogurt. That is so good because now I don’t have to go to Sprouts to buy Painterland yogurts. Before, I always went to three stores a week, whole foods, Walmart and Sprouts. Now, I only go to whole foods and Walmart, which is one way to save money. Sprouts is a little pricey too. Well, so is whole foods, but I buy what I need for a week at whole foods and Walmart. Sometimes, whole foods is cheaper than Sprouts. I go to Walmart to get somethings because they are the cheapest store around here.
If, you have never had a Painterland yogurt and you like yogurt. I would say just buy one. You might be glad you did. They taste good. They are a woman owned company so we need to support those companies.

Explanations are mundane
One question I hate to be asked is what is wrong with you because I was shot in the head when I was 13 years old. I am disabled. I walk with a limp and my left arm doesn’t function correctly. It is so mundane because I have to go over everything. Now a days, I just say I was shot in the head by the cousin. It is better than going into the big explanation of how and why it happened.
