Last thing I learned was that whole foods now sells Painterland yogurt. That is so good because now I don’t have to go to Sprouts to buy Painterland yogurts. Before, I always went to three stores a week, whole foods, Walmart and Sprouts. Now, I only go to whole foods and Walmart, which is one way to save money. Sprouts is a little pricey too. Well, so is whole foods, but I buy what I need for a week at whole foods and Walmart. Sometimes, whole foods is cheaper than Sprouts. I go to Walmart to get somethings because they are the cheapest store around here.
If, you have never had a Painterland yogurt and you like yogurt. I would say just buy one. You might be glad you did. They taste good. They are a woman owned company so we need to support those companies.

Everything is turning to ruble cause of the war in Iran. Some said it was necessary to dethrone and kill the leader because he was causing chaos. Now, Donald Trump says he wants to be the one to choose the next leader of Iran. We will just see what is going to happen. Someone also said. Iran said death to America and they had long range missiles that could reach the USA. So, the USA struck first with fury and the war began. Hopefully, it won’t last too much longer. One question I hate to be asked is what is wrong with you because I was shot in the head when I was 13 years old. I am disabled. I walk with a limp and my left arm doesn’t function correctly. It is so mundane because I have to go over everything. Now a days, I just say I was shot in the head by the cousin. It is better than going into the big explanation of how and why it happened. Before my salad days. I would eat all the wrong stuff and sad to say I was getting fat. I would eat burritos with enchilada sauce from a Mexican restaurant. In my college days, I would drink coffee with those sweet creamer, plus m min m’s for breakfast because I would be late for class. So I had to eat something quickly. I would drink soda too and burgers and fries too.
Then, about ten years later I cut out the soda and the sweet creamer in my coffee. It maybe gross to some people, but it is better for me. I drink black coffee. Starbucks black coffee is the best. Since, I have done that i weigh about 140 lbs, where before I would vascilate between 165 lbs, to 170 lbs. So, I lost 25 to 30 pounds just giving up soda and the sweet creamer in my coffee. Plus, I used to eat cereal everyday, which i stopped because cereal is loaded with sugar and the milk I drank was causing a rash so I cut it out. Plus, milk doesn’t last in my refrigerator. It goes bad really quickly. I drink more water too, which is good too. I eat sometimes two salads a day, which is good too. I still eat burritos, burgers, fries, but I do so in moderation. When, I eat something bad for me. I will try to drink water with it or I put lemon and lime in the water. I also eat apples, pears, and bananas, which also provides fiber to my body. So this is the way I stay trim. I eat an apple and a yogurt for breakfast. Then a salad for lunch, along with a pear. Then, I will eat another salad, along with a burger or pizza. Then, I will eat a banana at night because of the triptifin putting me to sleep. I also eat dark chocolate and sometimes a fruit salad, which I have shared on here. Yes, i drink a beer every once in a while. My sister keeps me thin by making salads and fruits salads so yea for my sister.

If you guys and gals have not heard, Trumps tariffs were slapped down by the Supreme Court and are illegal to impose on countries and the US citizens. Yea, a win for us. It may take some time for things to go down in price but surely they will. Trump imposed a global tariff of 10%, but i think that will be striked down too. The Supreme Court said, the only entity that can impose tariffs is congress. So like I said, victory is ours. We might even get refund checks for what we spent in tariffs already, but don’t quote me. If my current self could give advice to my 21 year old self. What would I tell him? I would tell him to change his major to teaching because social work is not the right field for him. My sister and I went to Suchi ten. This catapilar roll with eel and hoisen sauce and of course avocado was delicious. The California rolls with rice and carrots and other goodies was also delightful. Along with the ginger and horse radish, it went quite well with the meal. Overall delicious. Sister and I got spoiled with this one.
Well, the law I would get rid of is the Statute of Limitations because it states, if someone hurts me and shoots me in the head and I don’t press charges in one or two years after the incident happens. Then, by law there is nothing I can do about it, but live with the damages the jackass did to me. He gets away with shooting me in the head. It is such crap. My mom should have pressed charges, but she didn’t because her sisters son shot me in the head and her sister and her are close. He is family, but not my family anymore.
So, I have to walk around with one arm that doesn’t work and a limp and be OK with it because the Statute of Limitations ran out. It is the worst law ever. I can’t believe this happened. In a million years. I would have never imagined this happening because my cousin and I were close growing up and now he has put distance between us. Probably, because he feels guilty and he should feel guilty. He said, I shot myself in the head. I was in a coma. That is probably why he got away with it. Of course, the policemen didn’t do a gun residue test on his hands. They would have found out that he was lying. There are no suspects involved in the case. She was taken from her home. The doorbell camera was disconnected. Her blood was found near the front door. This happened in Tucson AZ, or the Catalina foothills area. This case is gripping the nation. President Trump is involved as well as Kash Petel, the head of the fbi. This is just an awful situation because she takes medication that can kill her if she doesn’t have them. I hope they find her soon. The family is offering money for her safe return. The most important invention in my life was definitely the computer. It helped us work faster and be neat and eliminated handwriting notes, so now you could type them on a computer. Also, writing papers was easier on a computer. Playing games on the computer was better too. Then, with the invention of the internet you could go anywhere in the world and talk to anyone in the world and send pictures to anywhere in the world. Ideal day is to go and get a burrito from Chipotle, drink E & J , which is pretty strong. So, my sister and I had to drink coffee from Starbucks to keep from going to bed.
Then, we watched Beekeeper on Tubi which is the ultimate revenge movie. Where, some company scams a woman close to Jason Statham (Beekeeper) out of all her money and the Beekeeper seeks out revenge on the scammers. It is definitely a good movie. I would highly recommend it, if you like fighting, action movies. The best part is tubi is free. You just download the app and you can watch the movie. So my ideal day is to play music most of the day. Have a good meal like the one above and watch a good movie like Beekeeper. Plus, read my book a little. Then go to bed. That is a good day.
