I have to feel the buzz of coffee, or else I am depressed and I stay lazing away in bed. Sometimes , it is hard to be motivated to do anything. Unless, I need to do something. Then, I get up and do what I need to do. Yes, and that means more coffee. These days, it is getting colder, so I must drink a lot of coffee before I am able to do the things I need to do. So, what I can do differently is drink some coffee and then drink some water, in essence I am balancing the amount of caffeine that is traveling through my body. So, I don’t get the jitters of my body shaking a lot. I don’t like the feeling of the jitters, so I am trying to balance all the coffee I drink with water or food.
Do any of you guys or gals get the jitters from coffee. If so,what do you do? Thank you for reading. Have a great night.
It is best to give yourself a break from coffee, but if I don’t drink coffee. I get a headache, so that is one of the reasons I drink coffee. I don’t want a headache.
Maybe try some decaf, should leave the great flavor without the jitters.

Ok but I like the energy factor of regular coffee, but I might try decaf, if it continues.

Honestly, me Jesse, I can drink A LOT of java, yesterday I had to not drink a sip because the night before I had 6-7 cups, lololol!

My almost 90 year old family member says he gets all “frazzled!🤣” On coffee all the time….I think you should be good, lol!!
