Drink more coffee

I have to feel the buzz of coffee, or else I am depressed and I stay lazing away in bed. Sometimes , it is hard to be motivated to do anything. Unless, I need to do something. Then, I get up and do what I need to do. Yes, and that means more coffee. These days, it is getting colder, so I must drink a lot of coffee before I am able to do the things I need to do. So, what I can do differently is drink some coffee and then drink some water, in essence I am balancing the amount of caffeine that is traveling through my body. So, I don’t get the jitters of my body shaking a lot. I don’t like the feeling of the jitters, so I am trying to balance all the coffee I drink with water or food.

Do any of you guys or gals get the jitters from coffee. If so,what do you do? Thank you for reading. Have a great night.
