What is something you wish you could tell your 20-year-old self?

I was working my custodian job at the Blake foundation. I was going to Pima Community College. I had not chosen a major, until 4 years later. I chose Social work for a major. It did not work out for me. I would have told my 20 year old self to get a degree in teaching because that is something I can do is teach with my disability (shot in the head). I would have focused on teaching earlier than waiting until I was 24 to major in something I cannot use. So, I could have been teaching for a long time and get my 30 years in and retire and live off the pension. Social work was not my calling. I am disabled and can’t type really well. So doing the paperwork would be a hassle. I know there is a dragon software. A program that allows you to speak into a microphone and it will type the words on the screen for you. Maybe sometime in the future I can look into that. I would also tell my 20 year old self to get into the stock market. So, I could have that money to fall back onto. Thank you for reading. Have a good night.
Hugs, Jesse

Social work is a tough job! I did it for one year, my first job out of college with a psychology degree. Dark times.
