Drink up, eat up

How do you handle fear and self-doubt?

These are real emotions and sometimes they are hard to defeat. When I start living in fear and self-doubt. I drink some coffee and this picks up my spirit and gives me energy to get through any self-doubt or fear. It does make me a little paranoid, but that means I do things more carefully.
Then, I will eat a salad and the nutrients and vitamins that are in the salad make me more confident and give me energy to get through self-doubt and fear. Thank you for reading. Have a good night.
