The most fun

The most fun exercise for me today is walking. Walking is a very good exercise. There is a lot of benefits to walking. You can stay in shape with just walking. If, I do it right. That means walking three days a week which is what I average every week for about 15 minutes. I walk to Whole Foods, from where I live so it takes me roughly 20 minutes to get there. So that is pretty good.

  1. Yes walking is a.great activity and exercise. When you walk in the neighbourhood you get to see and meet people too. Walking in the parks also is interesting as you get to see the flowers and birdlife… enjoy your walks and happy walking, Jesse!
