This salad with chicken was great. I eat very late sometimes so I would consider myself a night person. I sleep in the morning because I am not a morning person. I am up late at night all the time. Plus, it is quieter at night. You don’t have to listen to people talk at night or listen to dogs barking. So being up at night is more peaceful than during the day. Plus, I am off a busy street so the cars roam very fast during the day time, but I am fast asleep so they don’t phase me. Plus, like I have said in other posts I work at night.
