Skill to stay asleep

The skill of staying asleep is very important to me as an individual living where I live. There’s a lot of noise in my apartment complex, from the cars passing by, to people talking by my apartment. I wish I could ignore these disruptions and just sleep, but my mind wakes up when I hear disruptions. I have tried ear plugs, but I still hear them. Maybe, if I tire myself out it can help me sleep better. I have to try that or meditation can help too. I never get more than six or seven hours of sleep, then someone or something wakes me up. It is kind of annoying, but when I get up, I eat my apple and yogurt. Then, I am able to sleep a little more. So that’s what I need to do . Sleep without any distractions or things waking me up because throughout the day I am tired because of this, but I will try meditation. Maybe that will help. Thank you for reading.
