How do you relax?

In this blog, I will discuss how I relax? After a hard day of work. I eat a salad and drum and sing a little. I read books and read the news on the Internet, on such sites as AOL news, Yahoo, or MSN. Reading is relaxing to me it helps ease the tension in my head. I take a nap to relax too. I pray the rosary to God to relax too. I write on Jetpack to relax. I also write lyrics to relax too. I enjoy fruit salads also. Eating healthy also helps me relax, especially eating bananas because they have triptophan,which makes me groggy and I relax. Lastly, I watch movies or TV to relax also, such as ABC World news with David Muir. Thank you for reading.

    1. Yeah, some of the news is horrible, but watching things helps me relax a little. I eat a banana which causes me to get tired and then I relax thoroughly because of the triptophan. It is the same ingredient in turkey that makes me feel tired.
