How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
In this blog, I will discuss how I know when it is time to unplug and what I do to make it happen? People have all kinds of ways of knowing when it is time to unplug. A big piece is when I get tired and my eyes are hurting from looking at a screen. So I unplug and write in my notebook or maybe I go to sleep. Or else, I will read a book to give my eyes a rest from screens. Thank you for reading.
