Sacrifice of being disabled

What sacrifices have you made in life?

In this blog, I will discuss what sacrifices I have made in life. I was shot in the head and the gun shot wound made me disabled. My left arm does not function and I walk with a gimp.

So I have sacrificed a lot in this life. If I was physically normal I would have gotten married or at least some children, but since I am disabled. It is harder for me to adjust to a life with children and a wife. I am not saying disabled people don’t have children or get married. It just didn’t happen for me. So I have made sacrifices that way.

So I have sacrificed some life events that happen for most, didn’t happen for me. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social work, but yet I do Doordash. So I have sacrificed that also. I really need to look into doing something with the degree I have. If it isn’t too late.

In conclusion-I have sacrificed not having children and a family and a wife for a car I must pay by doing Doordash. Plus, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social work, but I do Doordash. Thank you for reading.

  1. Aww… You have done a lot of sacrifices and I hope one day you will see the fruits of it all and see great things in the future.

I hope you’re able to get married one day and have someone who could stay by your side, supporting you all the way.

I don’t think it’s too late to find a job with your degree. Something that requires you not to use your left arm or to walk too much. I’m sure you can do something sitting and still use your right hand?
