I stumble to get back up!

To an incredible fruit salad. It was very satisfying with peanut butter cups. This fruit salad has all my favorite fruits grapes, strawberries, orange, apple, pear. I even ate a banana before eating this fruit salad. This fruit salad was right up my alley. It was a masterpiece for fruit salads. It was exactly what my body needed. So, I can slow down and go to bed. Thank you for reading.

No I have never broken any bones. Thank God the father and I intend to keep it that way hopefully. The excruciating pain of breaking bones is something I never want to experience. I just want to sit here and enjoy my fruit salad and all will be good 😊👍.

My favorite exercises or physical stuff

My favorite exercise is raising a fork to my mouth to eat salads or to raise a cup of coffee to my mouth and drink some coffee. It is cold outside so hot coffee or tea is welcomed.

I do other exercises, such as sit ups and crunches besides that I walk for my job with Doordash too, which probably keeps me in shape. I like being lean because my left leg is gimpy, due to the injury I sustained (shot in the head). I cannot be over weight because my left leg could give out and I would fall. So being lean is important, that is why I eat a lot of salads, apples, pears, and yogurts and also drink coffee. Thank you for reading.

Interviewer: What did you put in the salad?

Interviewee: there is romaine, purple cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower,  tomatoes, ginger, balsamic vinegar with avocado oil, and various spices, such as thyme, rosemary, basil, lions mane,black pepper and 21 seasoning.

If I was going to open up a shop and sell some thing

If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?

In this blog, I will go over what I would sell if I opened a shop. Many people on here know what I love and that is salad. So I would sell salads. I would have to see if there is a market here in Arizona for salads, but I would love to be the reason some people eat healthier in Arizona. I would probably make the basic salad with butter ball lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, kale and spinach cheap. Then, go up in price the more extravagant the salads are.

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

In this blog, I will talk about what strategies I use to maintain my health and well-being? Everyday, I eat an apple and drink water throughout the day. I also eat yogurt which is good protein. Then I eat a salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, carrots, spinach, with some Asian dressing. I eat this type of salad everyday. I also drum and  sing songs on the drum set which can count as exercise because it is physical. I also eat pears and bananas for fiber purposes every day.

I also do sit ups and crunches for exercise, to keep thin. I also walk for my job with Doordash when I need to find where the customers’ house is. Lastly, I eat another salad most of the nights of the week.

When do you feel most productive?i

In this blog, I will divulge when I am most productive. When, I take a shower and I am nice and clean. Since I love salads. I would like a salad named after me.

In this blog, if I could have anything named after me. It would have to be a salad. I love salads. Eat sometimes two salads a day. I love lettuce, romaine, spinach, kale, tomatoes, purple cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers. I don’t like the dirt that gets inside the romaine and spinach, so that is why I wash them with lots of water. Once I get all the dirt off, it is great. The salad would be called Jesse’s Salad. What food would you say is your specialty?

Introduction- many people have a specialty food that they cook or that they prepare. Some specialty foods may be Indian, Italian, or even American food, such as barbeque or even burgers. Today we will go over my specialty food, that I have been making for a long time.

The food that is my specialty is salads. I know I cannot cook them, but I sure know how to prepare them. I go to a store such as Sprouts, or Trader Joe’s and buy the ingredients and just prepare them. I first get Romaine lettuce and put it on the plate. Then I get carrots and tomatoes next. Then some spinach and kale and also purple cabbage. Then top it off with broccoli and cauliflower. Then squeeze some lemon and lime on the salad and then I eat it and enjoy.

In conclusion- many people have specialty food that they cook or prepare, such as Italian, Indian, or American food. My specialty food is salads. I have been making salads for a long time with the ingredients that are in the above paragraph. Thank you for reading.
