Think of the thing

If I could have something named after me it would be a salad because I love salad. It would have to be a very delicious salad.

Salad over and over

I never knew how good I would feel eating a salad every day and sometimes two salads a day. They make me feel more alive and with an apple and a cup of coffee. I feel great. I never knew I could feel like this because of the health factor. Before, I would eat processed meats and a lot of Mexican food like chimichangas, tamales, and enchiladas. Yes, very good food, but they were heavy food for my digestion. Now, I eat salads and more salads and feel awesome. Thank you for reading. Have a great night.

Love is coffee and sister

For a long time, it has been like a tradition between my sister and I. We go to Starbucks every week and my sister gets me this. A cup of coffee. Now, that’s love because we have been doing it for so long. Starbucks speeds up my brain like no other coffee. She knows I enjoy the coffee there. So, she goes there and gets me coffee there. She is awesome. I love my sister. Also, she makes yummy salads. Now, if that’s not love. Then there is a problem with love. Don’t get me wrong, she likes the teas from Starbucks and the other sugary drinks, but sparingly.

Past is key with me

The sky would have opened up if it wasn’t for this injury. This injury really holds me back because I am limited in what I can do because of having use of only one arm and a gimp. So, I definitely have challenges with life. If, this injury never happened and I never met the cousin. Who knows what I could have accomplished. Well, one day I will find out what I should be doing, until that day. I will continue eating salads and getting energy from them.

Skip nothing, but breakfast

I try to do my whole routine, especially drumming and singing a little. I never skip that because it throws off my whole day. I do skip eating breakfast in the morning though, but I eat it in the afternoon. I eat an apple, yogurt, and coffee every afternoon. Then, later I will eat a salad. Thank you for reading. Believe in the power of salad-

I believe everyone should be able to make a good salad. Even if it is a simple salad. Everyone should be able to make one because they are good for you and they are packed with vitamins and minerals and also nutrients. So, everyone should be able to slim down and make a salad for themselves. They are very easy to make. I know not everyone likes salad, but if more people ate salad. They would be able to loose weight and keep the weight off, just by eating salads everyday. I know salad may get monotonous for some people, but you could put different lettuce in the salad, such as kale, spinach, romaine, and butterball lettuce. You could put broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes,purple cabbage. It is up to you and your taste buds. So, making a good salad would be something I would like everyone to know how to do. Playing music and eating delicious salads and God

This chicken and tomato, romaine, spinach, pickles, peppers,purple cabbage, and carrots was a sure delight to eat. It was definitely delicious and it is very good for me. Diabetes runs in my family, so I need to eat more salads. Also, playing music is very fun. Playing drums or shakers it is all fun. I play drums and sing my lyrics everyday. I am very angry because I walk with a limp, and my left arm does’t function correctly. So, I use music to ground myself and soothe the angry child within. It works, along with praying to God . I would go mad if God was not in my daily routine because my anger takes over. I pray so I am more at peace. Thank you for reading.

Salmon and Salad

This foxy salad was very good. It was filled with **goodness, an**d the best part was that it had salmon with some potatoes, cucumbers, romaine, and spinach. It was quite the medoly of flavors, with all the seasonings, such as truffle, oregano powder, lions main, and other ones. Those were the really good ones. This salad was tip top. It was one of the best tasting salads. It was delicious.

My first love was music. I have loved music ever since I was a little kid. I would listen to Pink Floyd Dark side of the moon and be in awe with the album. If you have never listened to Pink Floyd, give their music a listen to. It is amazing. This music from the 1960 and early 1970’s this is when musicians could play their instruments well. Listen to Jimi Hendrix or Led Zeppelin. Those are monsters of that time. Without the Beatles, you would not have the pop sound that you have today. This type of music was my first love because they played their instruments really well, and like I said up there. I was in awe of the music; even though the music was before my time. I still enjoyed listening to it. I wasn’t around in the 1960s, and I was too young to enjoy it in the early 1970s, but in the eighties, I could enjoy the music. I really liked the way they put the music together. In that era, there were many bands i liked, such as Jethro Tull and Moody Blues, but for me, Pink Floyd floored me with their sound. I saw them in concert and thought I had died and went to heaven. They were so good. They had a screen on top of the stage displaying all these colors. Then mechanical pigs on the side of the screen above the stage. So music was my first love, especially Pink Floyd. Thank you for reading.

Collections of a lot of things

Salads are dynamite. I have a collection of salad pictures on my phone. One may look more enticing than another, but they are all yummy. At least, I think so.

Here is another picture of a great salad that my sister and I ate it was delicious. The thing about salads is they don’t get me too full. If I want to feel really fulfilled, just drink a cup of water and eat a banana, and I am content. Salad pictures are always useful because I can always share them, and they look great in my blog. I stumble to get back up!

To an incredible fruit salad. It was very satisfying with peanut butter cups. This fruit salad has all my favorite fruits grapes, strawberries, orange, apple, pear. I even ate a banana before eating this fruit salad. This fruit salad was right up my alley. It was a masterpiece for fruit salads. It was exactly what my body needed. No I have never broken any bones. Thank God the father and I intend to keep it that way hopefully. The excruciating pain of breaking bones is something I never want to experience. I just want to sit here and enjoy my fruit salad and all will be good 😊👍.
