What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

In this blog, I will talk about what strategies I use to maintain my health and well-being? Everyday, I eat an apple and drink water throughout the day. I also eat yogurt which is good protein. Then I eat a salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, carrots, spinach, with some Asian dressing. I eat this type of salad everyday. I also drum and  sing songs on the drum set which can count as exercise because it is physical. I also eat pears and bananas for fiber purposes every day.

I also do sit ups and crunches for exercise, to keep thin. I also walk for my job with Doordash when I need to find where the customers’ house is. Lastly, I eat another salad most of the nights of the week.

Most productive

When do you feel most productive?i

In this blog, I will divulge when I am most productive. When, I take a shower and I am nice and clean. I eat a salad with romaine lettuce, broccoli cauliflower spinach, kale, carrots, avocadoes, and purple cabbage with Asian dressing. Then I drink Starbucks coffee and water and now I am really productive.  I can do Doordash for a long time. Thank you for reading.

Since I love salads. I would like a salad named after me.

If you could have something named after you, what would it be?

In this blog, if I could have anything named after me. It would have to be a salad. I love salads. Eat sometimes two salads a day. I love lettuce, romaine, spinach, kale, tomatoes, purple cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers. I don’t like the dirt that gets inside the romaine and spinach, so that is why I wash them with lots of water. Once I get all the dirt off, it is great. The salad would be called Jesse’s Salad. A few family traditions

Write about a few of your favorite family traditions.

In this blog, I will tell you about a few family traditions. Almost everyone has certain family traditions, such as eating with the family at dinner time or making a certain meal together.

1. My family has the tradition of eating salads every Thursday and Sunday.

Thursday and Saturday we eat salads.

2. Thursday and Sunday we eat fruit salads too

Fruit salad we eat every Thursday and Sunday.

3. The last one is that we go to the grocery store every Thursday and Sunday.

Food glorious food

What food would you say is your specialty?

Introduction- many people have a specialty food that they cook or that they prepare. Some specialty foods may be Indian, Italian, or even American food, such as barbeque or even burgers. Today we will go over my specialty food, that I have been making for a long time.

The food that is my specialty is salads. I know I cannot cook them, but I sure know how to prepare them. I go to a store such as Sprouts, or Trader Joe’s and buy the ingredients and just prepare them. I first get Romaine lettuce and put it on the plate. Then I get carrots and tomatoes next. Then some spinach and kale and also purple cabbage. Then top it off with broccoli and cauliflower. Then squeeze some lemon and lime on the salad and then I eat it and enjoy.

In conclusion- many people have specialty food that they cook or prepare, such as Italian, Indian, or American food. My specialty food is salads. I have been making salads for a long time with the ingredients that are in the above paragraph. Thank you for reading.

The coffee experience

What things give you energy?

Coffee gives me energy. I can drink it all day or night. I just take little sips here or there all day or night. This may sound gross but I drink it black because it doesn’t have the sugar effect, which I come crashing down and get tired.

I usually drink it in the afternoon, where I will have a big cup of coffee.

Then I have like two other cups of coffee in the refrigerator and I sip on them all through the week, until they are gone.

Drinking coffee makes me more creative because it speeds up my brain maybe dopamine. I feel excited and I feel good like I want to accomplish a lot. It lasts only a couple hours though. I can go to sleep on coffee. All I have to do is brush my teeth and then I nod off to sleep.

Another food that gives me energy is salad and apples. Salads wake up my weary mind and make me focus on the task at hand.

I cut the apple in half. I eat one half and go back to sleep. While the other half of the apple amps me up and keeps me awake for a long time, especially if I drink coffee with it.

In conclusion, all three of these items give me energy so I can write, play drums, sing, read, and overall have a productive life, especially working too. I would be lost without coffee, apples,and salad.
