Then, if someone else is buying the shopping spree. I might go to best buy because I need a laptop. Plus, they have the coolest gadgets at best buy, from speakers, to stereos, to televisions. It would have to be best buy if someone else was funding the shopping spree.
Well, if i was funding it. It would be Walmart because they have good quality stuff at a reasonable price. I would go to Walmart and get my veggies, fruits, and maybe some pants and of course underwear. Never can go wrong with their big package of tighty whities 😆. My middle name is my real father’s name, which is Joseph. That’s the only thing that’s remarkable about my middle name. When my real father was living God rest his soul. He went by Joe.
My mom and my real father divorced when I was young, so I never had the chance to get to know him, besides visiting Florida in the 80’s. He lived in Pensacola Florida and I live in Tucson AZ, so we are far apart. So, when he died. I didn’t go to his funeral because it was too far. In all actualllity, he is dead and his girlfriend is dead also. God rest both their souls.
Onto something I heard on Instagram. This post said we are at war with China over oil. China gets its oil from both Venezuela and Iran. Well, Venezuela not so much anymore, but Iran yes. So if we control the oil reserves from both countries. We have China in our back pocket. Yet, China might start getting oil from Russia so we don’t have control over them. I would really appreciate it, if Trump doesn’t get us in a war with China. That would be a terrible war. Well, that’s just one way to look at the war. It makes sense because Trump is all about the oil. I realize the war is costing us a billion dollars a day, but nothing works with this administration. We can protest the war and still he will do whatever he wants. So, we mightiswell just enjoy the ride. Trump did say Iran could strike the USA with bombs, but that remains to be seen. I don’t want to count it out, but it is a possibility. Well, hopefully the war won’t go on for a long time. Trump wants Iran to surrender. So if Iran surrenders. I guess the war is over and Trump and the people of Iran pick a new leader. It is much simpler said than done, but that is what I gather has to happen. Thank you for reading. Have a good night.
Last thing I learned was that whole foods now sells Painterland yogurt. That is so good because now I don’t have to go to Sprouts to buy Painterland yogurts. Before, I always went to three stores a week, whole foods, Walmart and Sprouts. Now, I only go to whole foods and Walmart, which is one way to save money. Sprouts is a little pricey too. Well, so is whole foods, but I buy what I need for a week at whole foods and Walmart. Sometimes, whole foods is cheaper than Sprouts. I go to Walmart to get somethings because they are the cheapest store around here.
If, you have never had a Painterland yogurt and you like yogurt. I would say just buy one. You might be glad you did. They taste good. They are a woman owned company so we need to support those companies.

Everything is turning to ruble cause of the war in Iran. Some said it was necessary to dethrone and kill the leader because he was causing chaos. Now, Donald Trump says he wants to be the one to choose the next leader of Iran. We will just see what is going to happen. Someone also said. Iran said death to America and they had long range missiles that could reach the USA. So, the USA struck first with fury and the war began. Hopefully, it won’t last too much longer. One question I hate to be asked is what is wrong with you because I was shot in the head when I was 13 years old. I am disabled. I walk with a limp and my left arm doesn’t function correctly. It is so mundane because I have to go over everything. Now a days, I just say I was shot in the head by the cousin. It is better than going into the big explanation of how and why it happened. Before my salad days. I would eat all the wrong stuff and sad to say I was getting fat. I would eat burritos with enchilada sauce from a Mexican restaurant. In my college days, I would drink coffee with those sweet creamer, plus m min m’s for breakfast because I would be late for class. So I had to eat something quickly. I would drink soda too and burgers and fries too.
Then, about ten years later I cut out the soda and the sweet creamer in my coffee. It maybe gross to some people, but it is better for me. I drink black coffee. Starbucks black coffee is the best. Since, I have done that i weigh about 140 lbs, where before I would vascilate between 165 lbs, to 170 lbs. So, I lost 25 to 30 pounds just giving up soda and the sweet creamer in my coffee. Plus, I used to eat cereal everyday, which i stopped because cereal is loaded with sugar and the milk I drank was causing a rash so I cut it out. Plus, milk doesn’t last in my refrigerator. It goes bad really quickly. I drink more water too, which is good too. I eat sometimes two salads a day, which is good too. I still eat burritos, burgers, fries, but I do so in moderation. When, I eat something bad for me. I will try to drink water with it or I put lemon and lime in the water. I also eat apples, pears, and bananas, which also provides fiber to my body. So this is the way I stay trim. I eat an apple and a yogurt for breakfast. Then a salad for lunch, along with a pear. Then, I will eat another salad, along with a burger or pizza. Then, I will eat a banana at night because of the triptifin putting me to sleep. I also eat dark chocolate and sometimes a fruit salad, which I have shared on here. Yes, i drink a beer every once in a while. My sister keeps me thin by making salads and fruits salads so yea for my sister.

I never knew how good I would feel eating a salad every day and sometimes two salads a day. They make me feel more alive and with an apple and a cup of coffee. I feel great. I never knew I could feel like this because of the health factor. Before, I would eat processed meats and a lot of Mexican food like chimichangas, tamales, and enchiladas.
