I would like to look into playing music for nursing homes. If they would enjoy me coming over and shaking my shaker and singing songs. Maybe I could do this for free. It all depends. I would be willing to do it for free, just to test my new lyrics because I write lyrics everyday. So, I would be singing new material, just to test it out. Well, something to look into.

What a splendid idea!! They would love it. If you can pick songs from the generation they are most familiar, a super bonus. Interactive, as you described, would be over-the-moon wonderful. Don’t forget the Veteran Administration Hospital Community Living Centers too.

Yes, I agree that the music would be a different activity for them to look forward to… esp with getting them involved in the singing too! It would be good to see a younger person, play and encouraging them to join in popular and familiar songs… a fun activity. All the best with your endeavour, Jesse! 👍
