First off, I make delicious salads like the first picture, with romaine, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and tomatoes. Then, I play the drums, (2nd picture) write lyrics, sing a little, and play the shaker, which is very fun for me. I write lyrics, sing, and drum daily, or else I get angry. It helps me to relax.
