Salads,coffee, sandwiches, and fruit salads

These foods and drinks keep me motivated to do my best. When I am feeling tired and worn out. I eat a salad and drink coffee and I feel better. The salad has high fiber content, vitamins, and minerals that provide support for digestion and overall health. Coffee is a natural stimulant, which provides an overdrive to my day. So, I get ready for my day. Taking a shower and brushing my teeth also provides me with motivation. I feel like a new person when I feel clean. Eating fruit salads are also a motivator because of all the vitamins in them. Veggie sandwiches are also good because they are light and don’t fill me up all the way and give me vitamins and minerals my body needs. These are great motivators that give my body the energy I need to stay keen and motivated. Thank you for reading.
