Most people have a pretty good childhood. It might be filled with watching Seasome Street or watching cartoons on Saturday morning, while eating some cereal. That was my childhood. I watched a lot of TV and played Atari all the time. I was six years old and I was playing chess with my stepdad. He would slaughter me a lot of the time. I used to get mad. So, I would go inside my room and practice chess on my Atari. Sure, the computer would annihilate me too, but at least I learned. Sometimes I would win my stepdad, sometimes I would lose. I got used to losing, so when I won. I was happy. I was getting pretty good at chess, but I still lost some games to my stepdad.
Threw all this chess playing. I read a certain book called green eggs and ham. When, I was younger, I read this book a lot. I had a little collection of Dr. Seuss books, but Green Eggs and Ham was my favorite. From moving a lot, I lost my Dr. Seuss books or when my injury (shot in the head) happened. My parents got rid of a lot of my items because they thought I was going to die, but I lived and life is all right now. I am grateful. Thank you for reading.
Dr Seuss is iconic! And weβre all glad that you survived
