
Bananas for there high potassium and their triptiphin properties. I cannot live without bananas, they are relaxing to my system. Apples help me start my day. They give me energy and they are loaded with magnesium, which is good for bones and skin. Pears have a lot of fiber, when you get older like me. You appreciate the fiber in pears. I also like blueberries for their anticancerous properties. I also like pineapple for the bromelin, aiding digestion, wound healing, and reducing inflammation. It also helps with allergies and fights cancer. Well, that is the five fruits I like, but I like more than five. Those are my top five fruits. Thank you for reading.
