One of the best places in Tucson to get suchi. When I come here I usually get the catapilar roll, which is eel rolled up in avocado. The eel sauce makes the roll delicious. Or, I just get eel. The sweet sauce is soo good. I love eel. Even though in the ocean they can look intimidating, but on your plate. They are yummy.

So in conclusion- my favorite restaurant is Suchi Cho because of their suchi and my favorite roll is the catapilar roll. It is eel wrapped in avocado. It is soo good. Another thing, is Suchi Cho has big fat rolls, which means you get more for your money. Don’t get me wrong, I also like nigari, especially nagari salmon. It is good too. Thank you for reading.
