Say no to salad and pizza

Sometimes, saying no is good, sometimes it is bad, especially when you are going to eat salad and pizza. Sometimes, just saying no will hurt someone so I don’t push the no button very quickly. When, I am drained and don’t want a fight, I give in. Most of my goals are something I have to contend with. They have nothing to do with other people’s agenda. We have to eat so I just give in to food and think of my goals and say, there is always tomorrow. I procrastinate, but when it finally comes down to the nitty gritty, I will go out and get what I need. Food can’t wait because we are always hungry so I give to people wanting to go here and there, but I try to make time for my goals to flourish, such as writing lyrics and practicing drums and singing lyrics a little. As long as I can stay on top of the creative part of my goal. I am doing fine. I have to practice every day, to bury the anger I feel for this injury. So playing music is my goal. There is nothing interfering with this not even salad and pizza, just saying. The goal is still pretty alive. Thank you for reading.

      1. Yes, there’s something about it that really works for musical improvement. Also, just being involved in making music at all has been proven to be all kinds of good therapy for everything from hand-eye coordination to emotional rebalancing. Mentally, in the schools, it’s been associated with an as much as 30% increase in subject scores like Math, English and History. Powerful stuff! Keep playing!
