When I am negative:

I will drink coffee or water and just breathe in the air. Plus, I go outside and get some fresh air. Well in Tucson it has been cloudy so there is not much sunshine. So, what I usually do in these matters,when negativity sets in I go with it and write it out, or I will take a shower and go to bed. It is very easy for me to get negative because of my circumstances of no justice and being disabled (shot in the head with a gun). My left arm is paralyzed and I walk with a gimp. So, I can get negative, but sleeping it off helps a lot. So I wake up refreshed. Or, I go outside at night and look at the moon, cheers me right up.
