Hopeful for the leader

A good leader has the confidence to lead. He is organized, a great public speaker. She has worked in a lot of different positions in the organization. Then, they move her in the position of leadership after some time doing the grunt work. She is responsible, reliable, and very outgoing and outspoken. She is a little bossy to get things done in the organization. She empathizes well and practices what she speaks. She is not a hypocrite. She is nice to a point, but don’t push her because she knows when to use her authority. She knows when to get to work and when it is appropriate to play.
