The thing I learned the hard way was interest on a credit card sky rockets, if I don’t pay the whole thing off each month. I leave a balance on my credit card, which is bad because that is how I got into debt. Now I’m over my head in debt. Trying to stay positive that one day I will be able to pay it off, but for now I am stuck in debt.
So lessen I learned when dealing with credit cards, try to pay them off every month so interest doesn’t build on the debt. Or, if you can help it, don’t get one at all. It is a hassle dealing with debt, especially disabled. Thank you for reading.
Sometimes we have to make only part of the payment because of another emergency.

My wife loves to send gifts on birthdays and marriage anniversaries and asks me pay by my credit card and pay in monthly installments.

That’s good put as much money towards the credit card as possible. So you don’t end up in too much debt.

I hope you get it paid off as soon as you can Jesse. These lenders are ruthless too, and will promote trying to snare people as young as they can. Unfortunately we live in a world of consumerism, enslaved by it, unless we decide to choose another path. More power to you my friend✊. Kind regards, Jay

Yes you’re right I have to pay it off as soon as possible. The interest is eating me alive. Yes they are ruthless and I have learned if I can not afford it, don’t charge it.
