Salads and coffee

These two items give me the energy I need to get through my day. Salads are loaded with vitamins and minerals such as A, C, E, and K and B vitamin that serve to covert  food into energy.

This salad with romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, purple cabbage, and some thyme and rosemary had me up all night and part of the morning.

Coffee, of course, because of the caffeine factor makes me want to stay up a lot of the time.

Water also because of the hydration that it gives to my body. When I am feeling sluggish, I drink water. It rives me faster than coffee even. Thank you for reading.
