Have you ever been camping?
In this blog, I will answer the question, have I ever been camping? Yes I have been camping.
A long time ago, when I was 12 years old, I went camping with my family. We went camping on Mt Lemon a mountain by southern AZ. It was my mom, my stepdad, my sister, and my little sister and I. By the time we got up the mountain, and found a place to camp it was getting dark. So, my stepdad started a fire. We ate hot dogs and we brought a pan for chili beans. We also ate roasted marshmallows, which are great.
Then, when we were going to set up our tent. We could not find the instructions to set it up and apparently, my stepdad put the instructions in the fire. So they were burnt. Well, we had to sleep somehow so we put a big piece of wood to hold up the tent (in the middle of the tent) and it worked, so we all went to bed. The next morning, we all got up and came back to Southern Arizona from Mt. Lemon and that was the last time I went camping. Thank you for reading.
