What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

In this blog I will discuss what strategies I use to deal with negative feelings. When I am in a funky mood of negative feelings. I drum a lot. This tends to ease my moods and makes me happy or just relieved. I also write out the feelings this makes me feel a little better. If none of that works, I drink coffee and pretend I am happy or I go to sleep. So, the negative feelings do not get the best of me. Thank you for reading.
