Describe a man who has made an impact on my life.

This man made an impact on my life. My grandfather made an impact on my life at a young age. He was the father of my mother. He taught me about having a work ethic. When I stayed with him and my grandma I would go to the ranch and feed the horses and we would plant some seeds. We grew corn, watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew, tomatoes, and chili peppers. He taught me how to make food grow on a ranch. It was hard work, but the end product (the fruit or vegetables) was worth all the trouble.

My time with my grandfather was cut short because of my cousin shooting me in the head. After my injury, I was very tired and had  only one arm and a gimp. I could no longer do the work on the ranch. I was replaced. He eventually passed away, God rest his soul, but he taught me about having a work ethic because everyday we would go to the ranch at the same time, work at the ranch, then come home, which is similar to what I do today. I work some then go home. My grandfather was a big inspiration for me to enjoy work, even if it is hard. I enjoy working. Thank you for reading.

My life is a lesson right now!

Money is tight, I always have bills due because my car costs a fortune and where I live costs a lot too because realtors from California came in and bought up the apartment complex where I live and more of them. They raised the rent to a grand which is too much for me.

I am probably preaching to the choir because probably right now, everyone is feeling the  pain of rents going up. Everything now is very expensive compared to last year. Inflation doesn’t stop no matter where you live. Food, gas, more expensive, even though they say it went down from last year, but my pocket book has still taken a hit. So everything has gone up and I am worse off than last year. I have to work harder to pay things off, such as debt. Thank you for reading.

Wish upon the moon, that I have better days ahead.

I learned this the hard way and it is terrible.

The thing I learned the hard way was interest on a credit card sky rockets, if I don’t pay the whole thing off each month. I leave a balance on my credit card, which is bad because that is how I got into debt. Now I’m over my head in debt. Trying to stay positive that one day I will be able to pay it off, but for now I am stuck in debt.

So lessen I learned when dealing with credit cards, try to pay them off every month so interest doesn’t build on the debt. Or, if you can help it, don’t get one at all. It is a hassle dealing with debt, especially disabled. Thank you for reading.

Cities I would like to visit.

I would like to visit Tokyo to taste their wonderful sushi and go there because it is a different culture than The USA.

Another city I would not mind visiting would be New York City because I would like to see just how fast New Yorkers walk. Plus, I heard the pizza is very good.

In conclusion I would like to visit Tokyo and New York City. Thank you for reading.

One thing is for sure, the moon looks the same wherever you go to a point. There may be some variations, but generally it looks the same, vibrant and beautiful.

One thing to say!

I hope people say that I could make a delicious salad because salad is good for me and I can never go wrong with eating salad. Vegetables are much better than meat because too much meat can clog the arteries with grease and cholesterol, and eating vegetables just goes better because they clean out your gut. Thank you for reading.

These two salads were delicious, with romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach, purple cabbage, and kale.

First time feels like the last time.

When I started high school at Rincon a long time ago. They introduced me to a person who showed me where my locker was, where my classes were, where the cafeteria was,  and just the whole campus in general.

Once I figured out where everything was I never saw the boy again, but I made friends quickly. I generally hung out with people who were a little different because I am a little different too. Most of them were rockers who liked heavy metal music, which is what I am into. It was awesome hanging out with them because we would talk about music every lunch time.

My first class was Algebra and it was very abstract and it was a little challenging, but after a while I got the concept and I did pretty well at it. My last class was English which I excelled in because even back then. I loved to write. Thank you for reading.

It is that time of year, Micky and Minnie seem appropriate at this time.

I have performed on stage and have done numerous speeches.

A couple years back, I used to go to open mics (a place where I can sing or play shaker,bl or play drums in front of people, for fifteen minutes and there is no money exchange. It is just good old fun). So, I performed on stage at Sky Bar and some other open mics. I usually play my shaker and sing some songs, mainly about my injury. Plus I did gigs with a band at some local bars here in Southern Arizona. I sang a song and played drums. I have done numerous gigs with my shaker back in the day, with a group called Widows Hill.

I have a bachelor’s in social work so I did plenty of speeches about social concerns such as child abuse, family discord, domestic violence, and other social problems.

I used to work at the Blake Foundation’s traumatic brain injury program as a service coordinator, which means I provided a link between service providers and clients. In that program, I gave speeches about my traumatic brain injury and how it affected me. Some speeches were better than others, but I got through them all right. Thank you for reading.

My favorite exercises or physical stuff

My favorite exercise is raising a fork to my mouth to eat salads or to raise a cup of coffee to my mouth and drink some coffee. It is cold outside so hot coffee or tea is welcomed.

I do other exercises, such as sit ups and crunches besides that I walk for my job with Doordash too, which probably keeps me in shape. I like being lean because my left leg is gimpy, due to the injury I sustained (shot in the head). I cannot be over weight because my left leg could give out and I would fall. So being lean is important, that is why I eat a lot of salads, apples, pears, and yogurts and also drink coffee. Thank you for reading.

Admiration is greatly needed.

I admire people that can play the guitar because they can strum the guitar and come up with songs and if they can sing. They can make music. I always admire people who do this because I am disabled, it would be very hard for me to learn to play the guitar with one arm and a partially messed up arm because I was shot in the head. Plus, I am older so there is that too.

It can be done but it would take a special kind of guitar and a slide and it sounds too expensive to invest in this kind of project. Maybe, if I had the money I would invest in it, but money is hard to come by these days. All my money goes to bills and I am still behind on payments. Hopefully, I can catch up closer to Christmas.

So there it is what I admire about other people, playing guitar and singing. Thank you for reading.

Well I will be a little positive, my sister and I can make a hell of a good salad with chicken and tortillas and, also rice. They were very delightful.

My favorite cartoon!

I have watched this cartoon since the 1990’s, when it first came out. It has been going strong for some time. It is starting to slow down, but the new ones are also funny. It is about a family with the roles all mixed up. Such as, the dog can talk and gives advice to the head of the household. The youngest is a genius with his intricate machines he builds to conquer the world. Yes it is Family Guy. Thank you for reading.
