I stumble to get back up!

To an incredible fruit salad. It was very satisfying with peanut butter cups. This fruit salad has all my favorite fruits grapes, strawberries, orange, apple, pear. I even ate a banana before eating this fruit salad. This fruit salad was right up my alley. It was a masterpiece for fruit salads. It was exactly what my body needed. So, I can slow down and go to bed. Thank you for reading.

No I have never broken any bones. Thank God the father and I intend to keep it that way hopefully. The excruciating pain of breaking bones is something I never want to experience. I just want to sit here and enjoy my fruit salad and all will be good 😊👍.

Balancing act

The way I balance work and home life, is staying on top of my sleep because sleep is very important. Without sleep, I will be groggy and will not perform right at work. Then, to boost up my performance, I drink coffee. It also makes me happy. I also pray to God that he gives me strength to start another day. Thank you for reading.

Deep in thought.

My biggest sacrifice i have made is living. I could have committed suicide. My life is tough, but with God’s love and his guidance. He has shown me a different way to be. Believe me, I have thought of ending everything because being disabled(having one arm to use, walking with a limp is hard). I’m tougher, so I don’t commit suicide, plus I would miss what would become of the cousin who shot me in the head. So the biggest sacrifice I made is living a life that’s hard because of a crap cousin shooting me in the head. No justice, no peace. Plus, I received no justice so I could easily commit suicide, but if I do that. I will never know what is to become of this life. So, here i will remain deep in thought.

This cousin and I used to be close, now he doesn’t even talk to me. I don’t know where he is. It seems he is off the grid sort of. There are a lot of questions I have, but i probably will never get an answer from him because he is a coward. Well, that’s my sacrifice being disabled, but determined to do something with this life. It is hard to live that’s why I sleep a lot. I’m always deep in thoughts. Thank you for reading.

This is an old shirt

This might be the oldest shirt I own. It is from the 1990’s. I sleep in the shirt. I never wear it out. The neck of the shirt is stretched so the only purpose for this shirt is to sleep in it.

I remember wearing this shirt during my Blake Foundation days, where I did janitorial work for them. I washed dishes, cleaned mats, vacuumed the equipment. It was a good job while it lasted. I was 19 to 26 years old when I did that job. This shirt has seen a lot of my best days, but now I have washed it too many times and it is holes in it and can’t be worn out. Thank you for reading.

Follow the leader

For many years, I was a follower. My best cousin would have me follow him into starting fires, stealing from stores, and eventually shooting me in the head. So, after the last one. I no longer let just anyone lead me around. If they are up to no good. I abandoned them before I get hurt or hurt someone else.

I would categorize myself as more of a leader after being shot in the head. It is hard to trust just anyone and think that they have my best interest in mind. So, I try to keep things kosher and don’t do things that or others. I use abstract thinking, such as “what if,” if I do a certain act and play it out in my head before doing something. That is the way I have to be to not get burned by people who aren’t good for me. People do not usually approach me because most think I am more damaged than I am. So, in a way, that is good. It helps me stay out of trouble. Thank you for reading.

Fruit glorious fruit

These are the three main fruits I buy.
Bananas for there high potassium and their triptiphin properties. I cannot live without bananas, they are relaxing to my system. Apples help me start my day. They give me energy and they are loaded with magnesium, which is good for bones and skin. Pears have a lot of fiber, when you get older like me. You appreciate the fiber in pears. I also like blueberries for their anticancerous properties. I also like pineapple for the bromelin, aiding digestion, wound healing, and reducing inflammation. It also helps with allergies and fights cancer. Well, that is the five fruits I like, but I like more than five. Those are my top five fruits. Thank you for reading.

Fly out of bed!

Dinner from the other night. It was very good. Popeyes chicken on top of s salad with a biscuit. Not bad for a Saturday dinner.

Boy, I wish I was a bird so I could fly and take poops on people I don’t like. What a life. Well, it is no secret, I love to sleep. I can sleep forever. The only way I am productive is if I drink coffee and brush my teeth.

When I was a teacher’s aide, I used to have to take a shower, first thing when I got up in the morning to start a new day. Or I would go back to bed and stay there. Granted, I got up at 5:45 am and the only way to be alert was to take a shower first thing when I got up out of bed.

Well, now with gig working, I can do it whenever I want to do it, so I get up in the afternoon and I am up til way in the early morning hours. Well, one of these days, I would like to get a different job. So, I may have to start getting up early in the morning again. Hopefully, not because I hate getting up early, but if I must that is what I will do. If, this takes place, I will have to take a shower first thing when I get out of bed. So that is what I can change about myself, getting up earlier. Thank you for reading.

My sister is the most important person in my life.

She has been through everything with me in my life. She has been there with me through thick and thin. She has been there through the good times and the bad times. She is my side kick sister. We eat together and do Doordash together. We watch TV together and share laughs with one another.

We went to Fuddruckers on the bus and it was 9 o’clock at night. We just had time to run into Fuddruckers and grab a burger and fries and walk out. My sister wanted to play games, but my father would have had a conniption because I would get her home so late. So we did the first plan, and grabbed a burger and fries and we got on the bus. I took her home so my father would not be mad that I kept her out late at night. He wasn’t home so we were safe and we never talked about it. Thank you for reading.

The note pad

This note book means the world to me. It has all my lyrics in it. I write in this note book every day. I am driven to write in it; even though sometimes, I can not read what I wrote. I can get the jist from other words that surround the word that is jumbled up. I write lyrics until I memorize the words. Then, once I memorize one lyric. I go onto a new lyric.

Freedom means to me that we can freely express ourselves without the threat of violence happening to us. That we are free to make choices as we see fit. We have autonomy to live our lives the way we see fit. No one will cause harm to us because of the way we express ourselves. Whether it be in writing or a speech. No one will cause harm because we are free to do as we please. Some people may be upset at the way we express ourselves, but given the circumstances they usually accept the results. They seldomly cause harm. In a free society, everyone is trying to live their life the best way they can and not concerned about you. So unless you impose harm onto others, or some entity. They will usually let you be and live your life to the fullest. Society let’s you lead your best life without the constraints of others coming down hard on you and harming you. Public figure in the scheme of life.

Donald Trump has put a 145% tariff on goods coming from China. I don’t agree with this. I don’t think they should have 0% tariff, but give us a break. It is going to make everything go up. I see my pocket book shrinking every time I walk into the store. Thank heavens I don’t have children because toys come from China and they would be expensive. These tariffs are passed onto customers, which is terrible. So i hope in the future Donald Trump will make a deal with China to bring down the tariffs to make living in the US easier on everyone.
