A good leader has the confidence to lead. He is organized, a great public speaker. She has worked in a lot of different positions in the organization. Then, they move her in the position of leadership after some time doing the grunt work. She is responsible, reliable, and very outgoing and outspoken. She is a little bossy to get things done in the organization. She empathizes well and practices what she speaks. She is not a hypocrite. She is nice to a point, but don’t push her because she knows when to use her authority. She knows when to get to work and when it is appropriate to play. She has good judgement and makes sound decisions. Thank you for reading.

One basket,
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I ever got was don’t put your eggs in one basket. It means don’t count on one way to do something. In this life it is much better to have multiple ways to get to the same result. It is much better if you or I have many different options to get to the same thing.
Such as life, if you are holding onto one option and it falls through then you have nothing. Take this advice for multiple things in your life, having many choices is much better than one choice, just in case that one thing falls through, then you can move on to other options, now this is better than the other way of doing things.
Follower made a leader
Share a lesson you wish you had learned earlier in life.
A long time ago, I used to hang out with my cousin and he would always find a way to get me in trouble. We used to start fires, steal mail, and start more fires. Once, we started a tree on fire but fortunately we had a vacuum hose to put it out. He kept hitting the fire with the vacuum hose until it eventually, was put out.
Well, back then I was a follower. Until the night I got shot in the head that woke me up and since then, I have become a leader, I no longer let people lead me into trouble.
Plus I am disabled which helps because if I walk around and do not say anything. People assume I am developmentally delayed, and leave me alone. Even though, my left arm doesn’t work and I walk with a limp. I still can talk and hold a conversation which is important. I don’t consider myself developmentally delayed.
I used to not be able to lead because of my cousin and my father being so overbearing and it was there way or the highway. Now both of them are out of my life and now I can breathe that they are gone. Leading has become easier now that they are gone.
