In the morning heat

Heat transcends our minds. It makes us tired always wanting to get in the shade and drink something cold, such as cold water or a nice beer. If, you are in the states, or countries where heat is off the charts and you are working outside. Please, don’t forget to take breaks and drink water and also wear sunscreen because skin cancer is a real thing. It could happen anywhere. Heat kills more people than any other weather catastrophe. Especially, if you live in the United States. So take your time walking in the heat. If you are walking far in the heat, maybe take some breaks. If possible walk closer to the morning or evening hours because it is cooler in these hours. Sunscreen is your best friend when you are outside in the sun. You don’t want to get a sun burn.

A long time ago, I went to Rocky Point with my mom’s friend, my mom, my sister, and the friend’s two daughters. We had a grand time swimming in the ocean. I did something that is a no no. I fell asleep in the sand by the ocean. I got burnt to a crisp. I got burnt on my back and shoulders. My mom had to put some lotion on me to keep me from hurting because it stung like crazy. Moral of the story, put sunscreen on so you don’t get burnt. If you are going to be outside during the day. So take care of yourself and if you don’t have to be outside during the day, then don’t. Thank you for reading.
