Walking more-

Convenience is what life is about. Driving here and there, going to restaurants really fast is what life is all about.

Well, maybe I could walk to these places instead, and get some exercise in as well. Such as, what I did in the photo below.

Walking under the moon light is very cool. Especially when, I was getting some grub at Subway. It was worth it. Getting a veggie sandwich is always a good thing, so that was my motivation right there. Walking from place to place is in a way, better than driving because I can see more things and places I would like to go. When I drive by, I can’t appreciate the places I drive by because I drive so fast by them. So in essence, walking is good. I am starting to walk more, but I need to walk even more, so that I am not working all the time or sleeping all the time. When, I get out and walk, I feel better, especially under a moon lit sky, or I walk in the evening. As long as, I am not in direct sunlight. I am good.

Another try under the moon

Hard work makes me feel fulfilled, knowing that I have the skills to do the hard work. It gives my life fulfillment and purpose to know what I am doing for that given situation. Hard work is not for everyone there are some people who don’t like hard work, but hard work challenges me to do my best work. Plus, if I have the knowledge to do the work then, I might-tis-well do it because I am qualified to do it. When I get a good sweat going you know I am working really hard. The harder I work, the more skills I can develop from getting to know the hard work more and more. I have to have finesse to do hard work because it takes certain tactics to do hard work. I must have stick to it ness to do the hard work because I need to get the job done. Once I get the job done, then I can go home and play drums and take out the stress on my drums and sing a bit. Being high in darkness

The moon is great and mighty, looking down on us every day. It shines so bright guiding us to our darkness endeavors. So it should never lose its flare, neither should you. Never lose your sight on what you need to do because as long as you are living. You still have the ability to dream and drive those dreams into reality. No matter how many times you have been told no don’t give up because it only takes one yes. Look at hello kitty, the artist was told no 47 times, until 1974. Hello kitty was put on a vinyl coin purse in Japan and it was a big hit so the rest is history. My point is never give up. No matter how much you want to never give up your dream.

For example, I play music everyday. I never give up on my music because that is something I can offer this world. So you too, never give up a dream. It may take time to get there, but once you do. You will thank the heavens you didn’t give up. Thank you for reading.

Brands I love

Chik fila is a brand I love because they make tasty chicken sandwiches, salads, waffle cut fries, and delicious desserts, such as the one above.
Little Caesars makes a darn good piece of pizza, with the cheese and pepperonis and also the salad. This is a good brand too.
Taco bell makes a really good burrito, plus really good tacos, and potato tacos are good as well. The chicken cantina tacos are delicious. This is a good brand also.
In n out makes a really delicious burger. They are consistently very good, with a salad I have a great meal. In n Out is a good brand too.
Salad and go makes a very good salad too. It is one of my favorite places to get a salad. They are reasonable and taste good. Salad and go is a great brand.
Dunkin donuts is a great brand also, with their bagel witch, hash browns, plus their donuts. They are delicious, even better with a side salad.
Blue Moon, Stella Artois, Outlaws, are good beer brands that I drink from time to time. I only drink one a night and they help me get the sleep I need.
Honey Mama’s cookies are very delicious because they are good for you. They are also a good brand. Thank you for reading.

I can write more often

I always wanted to write a book or some documentation on my injury and my struggles with being shot in the head. Some day, I will write something about the subject. Now, that there is Ai, I can do it more easily. The injury has a lot of pain because I didn’t get any justice. My family did not charge the person who shot me in the head with a crime. He lied and said I shot myself and got away with it. It is documented that I shot myself in the head, but then the policeman says, my cousin shot me. I may have to revisit that document again. If I can find it. Well, that is it just write more. I probably need to go back to the beginning of the injury, which took place in Ariavipa, AZ. I need to write what I can still remember about that night, before I cannot remember anything. Thank you for reading.

This is a problem in the United States

So, many infants and babies are abandoned in the dumpsters in America, that it’s a major problem, especially in Houston, Texas. The government doesn’t have a problem with this concern because they are an anti abortion state. They turn their back on women, until it is too late to have an abortion. The women can go to another state such as California to have an abortion, but it has to be in a certain amount of time, or else they will be turned away. Well, in Texas they can’t get legalized abortions because Republicans want every woman to have the child, if they get pregnant. Well, there is a baby safe haven, where the mom can drop off their baby at a hospital or a fire station, if they can’t take care of the baby. Well, in Texas baby safe haven is not well advertised. So the women who have babies they can’t take care of. They throw them in the dumpster, which is very sad because if they knew they could take their baby to a hospital or a fire house and relinquish rights to that baby. I wonder if they would do that instead,to give that baby a better life. I am just curious because giving the baby to a hospital, is better than throwing the baby in the dumpster. At least, giving the baby a chance at life is better than being discarded in a dumpster. They may be discarding their babies in the dumpster for convenience, but when they get caught. They go to jail or prison for child abandonment.

My point, why doesn’t Uber or Lift give women free rides to drop off their babies at a hospital or a fire station. It is funding. I am just saying, maybe that would stop some women from throwing their babies in the dumpster or definitely more advertisement of baby safe haven, even though Texas wants every woman to keep the babies. There will always be mothers out there who don’t want to take care of a baby.  They are not financially set to take care of a baby, or they don’t have a social system to take care of the child. Either way, the baby will get abandoned.

This is really devastating. I am hoping in time, with more legislation in place that supports the infant to have more of a life. Instead, of seeing the inside of a dumpster, they start leaving their infants in hospitals or fire stations, with people who can actually take care of the child. In America, there is a shortage of babies being born, so I would hope the Trump administration would seek out some of these issues and do something about them, such as making sure mothers know about baby safe haven, where they can leave their baby with the hospital or fire stations, no questions asked. It is a great program and it saves the baby’s life, so that a family can raise the infant, if the mother cannot. Hopefully, one of these days, we don’t have to hear stories like this all over the news. It is traumatic for the infants. Thank you for reading.

Salad without the lettuce

Music is very important to me. It is what i do to relax. It is what i do when i need to express a feeling. Life without music would be like salad without lettuce. Music brings joy in my life, whether listening to it or playing or writing music. It is all enjoyable to me. The process of music is why I got hooked on music. Such as writing lyrics, then making the music, then singing the lyrics. I don’t have a great voice, but I am all right at singing. Life without music would be a boring life because I live for music. The process of turning lyrics into songs. That is my life in a nutshell.

Lesson I should have learned:

I should have learned to duck for cover when someone points a gun in my general direction. If, I would have jumped on the ground. I would not have received a bullet in my head. It has been a long time since it happened, but the injury still affects me today. I still walk with a limp and my left arm doesn’t function right. The brain controls every aspect of the human body. Such as, if you get shot on the left side of the head. You can get short-term memory issues because the temporal lobes control memory. The frontal lobe controls organization, planning, and monitoring those plans. Partial lobe controls aspects such as pain, touch, or sensory information. The occipital lobe controls the eyes. The brain stem is the most important part of the brain because it controls heart rate, breathing, blood pressure regulation, digestion, pupil dialation, or constriction. I got shot in the temporal/frontal lobe and the bullet hit my occipital lobe, which is why I wear glasses. Half the bullet is still in my head, which sucks because it has brain tissue around it now.

So, everyone who reads this has to know. The brain is the most important organ in the body so protect it. If you are ever in a situation where you are going to get shot with a gun. Put your arm up because being shot in the arm is a lot better than getting shot in the head. The arm will heal better. Being shot in the head won’t heal as well because neurons are hard for the body to heal again. Just, if you get shot in your body, remember getting to medical attention is a must. It is a life or death matter. So the sooner a medical staff can see you the better. The better results you will have. Thank you for reading.

Walking more

I went for a walk last week with my sister. It was a great walk. I haven’t gone on many walks because of doing Doordash, but I get out and walk every now and then. Since it is cooler outside. I walk more often. It is my exercise. Since I don’t go to the gym anymore because it is hard and weird to do weights and lifting with one arm. I used to do that, but now it seems weird to do something that is meant for two arms and do it with one arm. I know I could do cardio and some of the nautical machines, but sometimes I feel out of place there because people who go there are physically able. Maybe. I can get back into the gym, but for now, walking is my choice of exercise. I am not very fast at walking like my sister. She is fast, but I manage walking with a limp. Walking feels good to me, especially when I walk to get something to eat or something to drink, such as coffee. It is a treat. Thank you for reading, and have a great night.
