Fruit salad holiday

Fruit salad holiday would be a holiday to either make a fruit salad and/or just to eat a fruit salad. It will be celebrated on October 15. The reason for the holiday is to eat healthy fruit in a salad for an occasion. It would be to offset the normal foods people eat such as pizza, hamburgers, steaks. This would be a fruit salad which is better than the other food items listed above. Just an idea. Thank you for reading. Have a great night.

Delicious fruit salad

Many things can bring a tear to people’s eyes. The number one thing that brings a tear to my eye is a well prepared fruit salad, because I love fruit, especially if they have apples, plums, cherries, oranges, pineapple, grapes, and peaches. There are few things I like more than a delicious fruit salad. It is mainly because I feel great after eating the fruit salad. Fruit is good for anyone. It is a healthy choice. Thank you for reading.

I stumble to get back up!

To an incredible fruit salad. It was very satisfying with peanut butter cups. This fruit salad has all my favorite fruits grapes, strawberries, orange, apple, pear. I even ate a banana before eating this fruit salad. This fruit salad was right up my alley. It was a masterpiece for fruit salads. It was exactly what my body needed. So, I can slow down and go to bed. Thank you for reading.

No I have never broken any bones. Thank God the father and I intend to keep it that way hopefully. The excruciating pain of breaking bones is something I never want to experience. I just want to sit here and enjoy my fruit salad and all will be good 😊👍.

Snacking on fruit

What snack would you eat right now?

The snack I would eat right now are apples and bananas. Apples are a major energy fruit. They are packed with goodness, such as high magnesium and have a lot of fiber, which is good for digestion. Bananas are high in potassium, which supports normal blood pressure. Also, if I could choose one more it would be grapes because they are high in antioxidants.

In conclusion- I would snack on apples, bananas and grapes. Thank you for reading.
