This is ridiculous

What’s something you used to believe as a kid that seems ridiculous now?

When, I was younger. I thought if someone got shot in the head. They would be dead. I guess I was wrong. I didn’t realize I could live with a bullet in my head because half of the bullet fragment is still in my head. Now, if they take it out. It will do a lot of damage because it is covered with brain tissues.
People don’t get how the bullet causes so much damage, but the 22 bullet entered the left side of my head. It went through frontal lobe (controls organization and higher brain functions), the temperal lobe (controls memory,  long and short-term), and the occipital lobe (controls vision). The bullet is small so it bounced around my cranium causing damage. It was too small to go through my head or he was too far for that to happen. Well, that is what I believed. Thank you for reading.
