Strategies to increase comfort

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

In this blog, I will discuss what strategies I use to increase comfort in my daily life.

Sleep is important, for 8 or 9 hours. If I don’t get that much sleep I am grouchy.

I eat a well balanced diet of mostly fruits and vegetables with meat and chicken in there somewhere. I eat salads a lot of the time.

Since it is hot outside, I only go out around evening time, so it is not that hot. In Southern Arizona, it gets pretty hot. So I try to stay hydrated by drinking water and coffee. Plus, I stay under a ceiling fan most of the day so I am not that hot. If it gets really hot I turn on the air conditioner and that cools down the apartment pretty quickly. I also take cold showers, which helps a lot with the heat and wakes me up also. Thank you for reading.
