How do you practice self-care?
In this blog I will divulge what I do for self-care. So I don’t get stressed out I drum and sing and write lyrics. To relax I read a book or read the internet. Or if I feel like distancing myself from my life, I watch a movie or show.
I listen to music to make me happy and focus on a task such as getting ready for the day.
To get in touch with my spiritual side, I pray Rosaries to God. This helps me also relax. I also write on Jetpack to relax and become creative with words.
I put lotion on to take care of my skin. I eat a lot of salads and fruit to eat healthy. I shower often so I can be doubly effective at tasks at hand. It is too hot in Tucson AZ so I shower often for reguvination.
I sleep at least 8 or 9 hours a night. I wake up refreshed and find a balance between work life and relaxation time which is listed above. Thank you for reading.
