What’s the most fun way to exercise?

In this blog I will discuss what my favorite way to exercise is. I have not been there for too long but it is my favorite way to exercise.

It is hitting the gym. It is so fulfilling. Doing the treadmill and the stair climber get my heat racing, face and body full of sweat. It is an awesome way to lose weight. The cardio period is not only great for the heart but it helps me breathe better and sing better too.

Lets not forget weight lifting either with the arms , shoulders, and legs. It is fantastic. Especially, when I do the arm curl, chest press (for pecks), the cables, dumbbells, and peck fly. All of these different exercises work muscles,so they can get bigger, such as the arm curl works the bicep in the arm and the Peck fly works out the chest.

Also the leg machines, such as the leg curl and the leg press workout muscles in the upper leg. All these exercises build endorfins which are hormones that are released during exercise and many other activities to relieve pain and for a sense of well-being. Hitting the gym makes me get a better night’s sleep and I feel better the next day.  One day I will go back to the gym.

In conclusion the most fun way to exercise is working out or hitting the gym. Thank you for reading.
