If you could have something named after you, what would it be?

In this blog, if I could have anything named after me. It would have to be a salad. I love salads. Eat sometimes two salads a day. I love lettuce, romaine, spinach, kale, tomatoes, purple cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers. I don’t like the dirt that gets inside the romaine and spinach, so that is why I wash them with lots of water. Once I get all the dirt off, it is great. The salad would be called Jesse’s Salad.
