Healthy to the not so healthy food.

This white cream and chocolate donut was very divine. I don’t have donuts everyday, but this donut was very delicious. Sometimes, I need to splurge on donuts. This was not that healthy, but hey sometimes I need to give in to urges.

Now, this was a delicious fruit salad, with oranges, blue berries, peaches, pineapple, cranberries, and Tajin which made the fruit salad more delicious and healthy.

If, I had three wishes from a genie-

My first wish, would be for the shut down to be over, so the military, federal workers, and the Snap beneficiaries would get their pay checks and the Snap beneficiaries would get their Snap benefits.

My second wish would be peace on earth, where every nation got along with each other and helped one another.

Third wish would be, to be physically able and be able to do things using both arms and both legs because I am disabled. Thank you for reading. Have a great night.

I am scared for people in the United States:

See the government is shut down, which means that Congress needs to fund the government. The Democrats want the Republicans to restore Medicaid and other health subsidies, so that medical care doesn’t rise for hard working Americans, but Republicans don’t want to do this. So the government remains shut down. While, Snap benefits, which feed hungry Americans are not going to be funded for the month of November. This is a real tragedy because people will go hungry because of this. Roughly, 41. 07 million people rely on Snap benefits to put food on the table. That’s a lot of people. Countless federal workers have been laid off or furloughed, or have to go without a pay check. It is terrible.The military is going to go without a payment. A donor paid for the military to get paid for a little while, but the money will run out on November 15th. That alone is a tragedy.

While again, Trump is building a 300 million dollar ball room onto the White House. I know he is using private money and his money to build the addition, but you would think he would care about the American people and fund Snap benefits, the military, and federal workers. I guess Trump only thinks about Trump, so he will not do this. Thank heavens, I don’t have Snap benefits because the month of November. I would get zero benefits. I just feel sorry for the millions of people who rely on the government for Snap benefits, the military, and federal workers. I really think the Democrats need to do some serious compromising, so that Congress can fund the government and everything goes back to normal with everyone getting what they need from the government, whether it be Snap benefits or a paycheck. The Democrats won’t get everything they want , so just to get enough so the government can be funded again. The Republicans need to be reasonable too. I think if they work together on this concern. They can have the government open in no time, but no one is coming to the table, while the American people suffer because of this. This is so sad. It is close to a depression for us. Things change

Walking has to be my favorite type of exercise now. I like feeling the breeze on my face and the sun light hit the top of my head, as I walk. It is a great form of exercise. Moon dancing, on the moon!

It would be a dream come true if I could go to the moon. There isn’t a place I would like to go to more than the moon, but it might be out of my grasp because tickets will be very expensive. So, I am very happy here on earth and grateful that I am here. So, I would be willing to wait a long time before I have a chance to go to the moon. Morph of the fruit salad-

Like everything else, fruit salads have to change. My sister put Tajin on the fruit salad, which makes the fruit salad taste good 👍. The pineapple, apple, cutie oranges, and blue berries, plus Tajin tastes very delicious. Just thought I’d share.

As far as, other career paths, you need to have passion for anything you choose for a career path. Make sure you have an interest in the subject matter. Make sure you get excited when you talk about it, or else it will be just another job. Make sure you will be happy doing whatever you are doing because no one likes putting years of schooling into a career path, and one day. You find out, you don’t want to do it anymore. Salads again and again

Salads are a fantastic invention. They are healthy for you, and they can fill you up. Well, if you are not full from the salad, just drink some lemon water and a banana. Then, you will be full and satisfied. These salads with romaine, chicken slices, pickles, spinach, tomatoes, and other goodies were absolutely delicious. Nothing beats a good salad. Another thing is that they are light, so digesting them is fairly easy for your digestive system. Women on Death Row: Arson, Murder, and a Mother’s Long Road to Redemptio…

This is a new show on Hulu. This show is very heiness, but if you like murder mysteries this is a good one. It is terrible what happens in the series. Some are about killing partners, ex’s partners, or their children. All of the episodes in some way are terrible and sad.

The one we watched, took place in San Quentin CA. It was about a mother who murdered her four daughters, by setting a fire, killing the four girls in their sleep. The mother told the girls that they were having a slumber party and they should sleep in the kitchen. The mother was trying to kill all five of her children, but the son said, he wasn’t part of the slumber party. So, he slept in his room. The mother proceeded to set the fire, by putting towels on the stove and in the oven, that eventually killed the four girls. The fire put itself out, which was unusual. She called the fire department and once they came over. She tried to prevent the fire department from going into the kitchen, but they went in there anyway and found the four girls dead. Then, the police do an investigation and find probable cause to arrest the mother for the crime. She is put on death row. It keeps going through appeals that last for 20 years. Eventually, she gets life in prison because her defense attorney kept arguing with the judge in front of the jury. It is a very horrible case. This is one of the worst ones. I can’t believe how a mother would have the nerve to do such a thing to her own daughters. It is sick. Some said she must have had post-partum depression, but it is not right that she killed her daughters. Now, she wants to talk to her son, but the son wants nothing to do with his mother for killing his sisters. Thank you for reading. Have a great night.

Somewhere under the moon!

It is me, pondering about the future and what I want to do. Many people have aspirations to be great at what they do. Well, I am no different. I don’t know if I am any good at music and singing, but at least I attempt to do it to the best of my abilities. Some people, have said I put a lot of energy into my music, which is cool.
I would love to get my music out there. I just need to put more of my music on YouTube and Facebook. I have some songs on there already, but nothing really current. I have to be alone though. Being in an apartment is a little tricky because I cannot sing without others hearing me. I don’t want my neighbors to complain about me. I guess I could sing quietly. I can make it work somehow. I haven’t recorded myself singing in my apartment yet. It is something I would like to do, just to show myself that I can do it. Maybe I can get a free beat off of YouTube and sing over it, just to start. That would be ideal. Thank you for reading. Have a great night.

Proudness comes in many ways.

People are proud of a lot of their accomplishments, such as a degree, their children, even being able to go outside and smell the fresh air.

I am most proud of the fact that I still play music and write lyrics and play drums. There are many people who would have given up on music a long time ago, but not me. It is ingrained inside me to play drums and play music. Plus, I would be angry if I didn’t play drums.

Political climate mind

I am trying to make sense of what is going on in the United States right now. Many people have started protesting, which Trump has said, will do nothing towards today’s political climate. The no King protests started today and people are fed up with Donald Trump.

They should protest because everything is going up in price, plus Trump is trying to get rid of Medicaid, which is just wrong. If Trump wants the shutdown to end he should give the Democrats what they want, which is no cuts to Medicaid and make health insurance cheaper for millions, by providing tax cuts. So, it goes to show us, Trump really doesn’t care about our well-being. He only goes where the money is. If, his rich cronies tell him to cut Medicaid that’s what he does. Trump only cares about Trump.
