Calling it what it is gratitude:

I like to eat first. Then, I start planning small steps at a time. You’re never too old to do anything you put your mind to. Goals are attainable at any age. Just, put them in your mind or write out your goals on paper to make them set the stage for you, working towards them, but start small. For instance, if you want to speak at a rally or some other events as a goal. Start by writing out your speech and practice the speech a lot, even write it out over and over. So, when you say your speech. You can say it with confidence. Then you have the knowledge to speak in front of people. So analyze the goal and break it down into manageable parts. These parts make up the whole goal. It can be motivating. Thank you for reading.

Emergencies happen quickly. Thank God we don’t have tornadoes, earthquakes, or psnomies, hurricanes, or other bad weather events here in Southern Arizona. Yet, we get flooding with the monsoons. This monsoon period is nothing compared to other years. I remember monsoons that killed people because they entered a tunnel with their car, and the tunnel had flooded. Their car had submerged in the water. It was really sad. So I know never enter a tunnel when it rains here, unless I want to die.
If I am stuck in a flood and I am in my car. It is raining hard.I pull over because eventually the storm will pass. Hopefully, I am not in a place that will flood the car. Thank heavens that has never happened. If I am at home and it is raining. I call it a night and sleep until the storm passes. Snow storms here hardly stick, maybe one time it stuck, but not that long because it is so hot here. So we really don’t have blizzards here. But, if anything and I need to get out of my apartment quickly. I have a change of clothes in a suitcase, if necessary. Usually, the weather here is mellow.
The heat is a problem here. So when it is very hot. I stay indoors and crank the AC and fans. If I have to leave during the day. I put on sunscreen, and I drive, so I am out of the sun. I crank the AC in the car, too! Usually, if it is hot, i wait until evening. By then, it has cooled off. I usually do doordash in the evening.
Hopefully, there will never be tornadoes here because I would have to go inside the bathtub and sit in there until it passes. Hopefully, no emergencies happen here, but if they do. I got it covered somehow. Thank you for reading.
A lesson I learned the hard way that has shaped the person I am today is this injury of being shot in the head. I have learned not to trust just anybody, especially with my life. If they want to do dangerous things just let them do them, without me being present because I already got shot in the head and have a disability. I walk with a gimp. My left arm doesn’t work right. I don’t need to be more disabled. I use abstract thinking which asks the question, what if, which is important because this will save my life. What if, we get caught by the police, what if one of us ends up more hurt or dead. So it is an important question to ask. If I want to live or stay out of trouble. This will save me from following someone into trouble. Now, I am past this stage. I just run from people that want me to do bad things. I am really disabled so I don’t think they would want me tagging along, which is good because I would like to keep out of trouble and be my own man and do what I want to do, which is not get into trouble.
A word people use a lot is clingy, which can be bad if that person is always around and the other person doesn’t want them around, but if the person doesn’t mind them around then it is a good thing. Clingy is only bad when the person is always around and never leaves. Then, you have a reason to get mad. When, the clingy person becomes furniture that is when the problem emerges, but it depends on the person who the clingy person is clinging onto. If they are all right with them no problem at all. The profession I admire the most is becoming a professional drummer in a band like Led Zeppelin. John Bonham was such a powerhouse that he made the drums sing. He is my all time favorite drummer, just take a listen. He is so good at the drums. He played the drums with such finesse. He was the greatest drummer to ever live. Thank you for reading.
Being healthy is always good. So if I were to open a shop sometime soon. I would sell salads. Salads are yummy and easy to prepare and the best part. I don’t have to cook anything. So selling salads would be a win win situation. I would also sell fruit salads which would be easy to prepare also.

Just the salads I would sell, maybe we could put chicken in the salads but that is it. Thank you for reading l.
In a world where something is more important to carry than other things. I find my keys are the most important things to carry on me at all times because I want to be able to drive the car and get into my apartment so keys 🔑 are most important. Then, of course, my wallet with my identification, just in case I have to identify who I am. Then, a third thing would be a cellphone for inspiration to write on notepad, or if I have to work on doordash, a cellphone is a must. Thank you for reading. Have a pleasant night.

Plus, being shot in the head, doesn’t mean I stop living, it just means I have a minor set back. I do have to put more effort into the things I do, but it is all right. I guess I survived for a reason and my passion is music. I like playing drums, shakers, writing, and singing. It is all fun. So I hope people get that I am shot in the head and I still do things that keep me alive and wanting to do more of what I need to do, to stay alive which is music. Thank you for reading.
