Writing is part of the process

Such as a beautiful sunset. I might have a beautiful story in me. If I can extract it from my damaged brain. I need to write more often, but usually, I am lost in thoughts. I write on paper a lot of the time. I blog because I have a lot to say about this terrible life. I am grateful for a lot of things, but I am angry at certain aspects of life, such as this disability. I walk with a limp. My left arm doesn’t function correctly. I blog because I want people to be smarter than i was and not get shot in the head because it can kill you or disable you. It is important to know the signs of a terrible person that may cause you harm. If they are careless and do drugs and drink alcohol and not in their right frame of mind. Also. if this person has access to guns. It is a bad combination. Drugs and guns don’t go together. If they are going shooting on alcohol or drugs, just get away from them. Nothing good can come of it. I wish someone would have told me that years ago, then I would not have gotten shot in the head. I would have run for my life. It didn’t happen that way. I got shot in the head. I am hoping that people on here are more brilliant than i was and can live this life without being shot in the head. Thank you for reading.

Salad and Del taco

Del taco is very good if you like fast food Mexican food. It is similar to taco bell, but it maybe a little better. Well, we ordered a chicken roller and a fish taco. They were delicious along with a salad with pickles, romaine, lettuce, purple cabbage, and various seasonings. It was perfect. What a treat. Thank you for reading.

Desserts equals sleep

I am feeling really sleepy after eating these desserts, but they were delicious. The first picture was the glorious fruit salad, with, pineapple, figs, oranges, honey crisp apples, cosmic apples, and cherries to aid with sleeping. The second picture was a vanilla cup of ice cream from Chik fila and the honey momma’s peanut butter cookie. Both hit the spot. The third picture is the wrapper of the honey mama’s peanut butter cookie. It is actually a healthy cookie, if you read the top portion of the third picture. No refined sugar, gluten, dairy, or soy. So we did good on dessert, not too much sugar. The vanilla ice cream didn’t taste like it had a lot of sugar either.  So right now I am feeling content. I am about to go to bed in a while. Playing music and eating delicious salads and God

This chicken and tomato, romaine, spinach, pickles, peppers,purple cabbage, and carrots was a sure delight to eat. It was definitely delicious and it is very good for me. Diabetes runs in my family, so I need to eat more salads. Also, playing music is very fun. Playing drums or shakers it is all fun. I play drums and sing my lyrics everyday. I am very angry because I walk with a limp, and my left arm does’t function correctly. So, I use music to ground myself and soothe the angry child within. It works, along with praying to God . I would go mad if God was not in my daily routine because my anger takes over. I pray so I am more at peace. Thank you for reading.

Chocolate lasagna

Information is available at the drop of a dime on the internet. You can search for anything your little heart desires. I got curious when my sister was talking about chocolate lasagna. I thought it was made with noodles, but no it is just layers of chocolate and whipped cream and other sweet things. I am almost certain I have eaten it before. It does look most delicious. It looks very familiar to desserts I have eaten in the past.

I remember when I was a kid and always asking my step father questions, such as who is the best drummer? Now I can find the answer to that question in a second, with Google, Gemini, Chtgpt, or Meta. Meta is cool because you speak your question and it will talk the answer to you. It is awesome. If you want an intricate answer to your question use Gemini. It is cool too. Chtgpt is cool too. It is good at answering your questions too. With so many ways to answer questions. It is great we live in a time like this today. Thank you for reading.

Looney Tunes | Classic Wile E. Coyote & Road Runner Compilation | Vol. 2…

Looney tunes was one of my favorite cartoons growing up as a child. I used to like how Wile the coyote used to always try to get the roadrunner with these intricate plans and all of them would fail. He would always have to go back to the drawing board. I had a good time watching these cartoons. Wile usually ended up falling off a cliff, but sure enough he would be back at trying to get the roadrunner again. He was gluten for punishment. I thought he had good persistence. Somethings never change

At night is when I am most productive. I work at night. I like the nighttime, more than the daylight. It gets super hot in the daytime here in southern Arizona. So, I wait until it cools down, which is during the night time. So nighttime is when I feel alive. I am an insomniac, so of course the night time is when I thrive. Thank you for reading.

Salad again and again!

This is the one salad, I have eaten for years. It is usually my lunch salad. It consists of spinach, kale, romaine, tomato, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower and also drizzled with lemon and lime juice. I eat along with the salad, celery and cucumber. Something yummy

I can tell you I got pretty excited eating this burrito and salad. I haven’t eaten a Philoberto burrito in a long time, and it tasted delicious. It was an Arizona burrito. The burrito had steak, garlic, and onions with red chili. It made the burrito one in a million. The salad was delicious, too, with purple cabbage, peppers, romaine, and lettuce. There was also shredded cheese in the salad, plus special seasonings. I was very happy to eat this dinner. Thank you for reading.

This song has been in my head all day. I couldn’t get it out of my head. It is a great song. The riff is really catchy. Lanye Staley is an awesome front man and he has one of the best voices in the industry. Rip Layne Staley is gone, but his music lives on. Jerry Contrell is a great guitarist too.

As far as designing a city. It is a simple concept. Put a big farm in the middle of town so people can pick their own produce. Whether it would be lettuce or apples, let the people grow and pick their own food on a farm. So, they would not have to rely on big markets to get produce, just an idea. Thank you for reading.
