Salads and fruit salad brings me plenty of joy, especially eating them. There is nothing like the healthiness of fruit and regular salad.
Of course, my sister brings me joy. She is so funny a lot of the time. We always have a good time around each other. Then, there is music. Listening to music, playing music, writing lyrics, drumming, and singing a little. It is all fun. Playing the shaker is also fun too. Going to open mics is also fun, where I can demonstrate what I do on the shaker and sing some songs. Driving is fun. Reading and writing on jetpack is also fun. Making new friends is cool too. Reading the internet is fun, as well as watching Hulu. My family and friends bring me joy. There are a lot of things that bring me joy. The friends I have made here bring me joy. Also, the most important thing, praying the rosary to God brings me joy. Thank you for reading.
Trump said Russia has til next week to end the war with Ukraine and have peace talks with them. Yet, I don’t think Putin wants peace because every day, we hear about Russia attacking Ukraine. So, Trump is threatening to put sanctions on Russia. I don’t know how effective this will be.
I am curious: Down the road, will we be going to war with Russia. Hopefully not, but you never know because Putin doesn’t stop bombing Ukraine, and Trump may get emotional and boom, we are at war with Russia. Let’s just pray that this doesn’t happen because it would be devastating. Or, Putin can send over one of his supersonic nuclear bombs over here, which would also be bad. I don’t think Putin is interested in ending the war with Ukraine any time soon. But, you never know, maybe Putin is tired of being sanctioned, and he gives in. I think this is wishful thinking. He wants territory in Ukraine, and he won’t stop until he gets what he wants, which, at this point, maybe to occupy the whole country. No one knows. I just pray that we don’t go to the war period. I do all sorts of things that are nice for my sister, such as buy her dinner and in turn she buys me dinner. I buy the apples and yogurts we eat in the early afternoon. She buys the dinners as well as I do, so it is a give and take sort of thing. She makes the amazing fruit salads I post on here. So, it is really a good thing. She also makes the salads too.

Ozzy Osbourne was a true trailblazer. He invented heavy metal the way we know it today. Without Ozzy and Black Sabbath there would not have been a lot of other bands, such as Metallica, Pantera, Van Halen. These groups would not have existed without Black Sabbath.
Ozzy Osbourne will be truly missed. Rest in Peace the prince of darkness.
We had Doritos nachos from Subway with a salad. It was very good. Smeared with cheese and Doritos with chicken. It was quite tasty. The salad was bomb too. It had romaine, tomatoes, purple cabbage, and seasonings that were quite good.
The tradition I broke of my parents was not having children. I’m disabled and I think it would be hard dealing with my injury and having a child. I had women say they wanted to make a child with me, but I never took them up on the offer because I never was drawn to be a father. I forget a lot. Maybe I would be one of those dads who would forget to go to a game with their child, or forget to pick them up from school. So that tradition of having kids ended with me. Thank you for reading.
It was a Monday. We usually do laundry on Monday. Then, we worked a little for Doordash. Then we came home, and ate a salad with tomatoes, purple cabbage, romaine, kale, and some seasoning goodies. It was truly magnificent. Then, I took a nap. Now, I am going to read the internet, so typical, but not typical since we did laundry. The chore that never goes away. Thank you for reading.
One thing I do love is fruit salad. Especially if they have grapes, apple, melon, cherries, orange, pineapple, and cherry plums. All those fruits make for a delicious fruit salad.
If, I was going to describe myself to someone. I love music. I love listening to music, playing music, and writing music. Music is ingrained in my soul. I play drums, shakers, sing, write lyrics and write on jetpack. I drink coffee and love the go go juice. I love to sleep and I love salads and a tasty burger, enchiladas, burritos, tacos, but I also love sushi too. I love Indian food like Chicken Tiki masala, this is really good eating. I love just about any food, as long as it has good flavors. I have a special sweet spot for Italian, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, and even American food. I love Korean food too. Thai food and Greek food are really good, especially the gyros. I like a lot of different styles of food, but those are my favorite. I even like African food, some of their food is interesting because you get a big spongy tortilla and on the tortilla, they put little piles of food, especially in Ethiopian cuisine.
I love to read also. I read books, magazines, and anything I get my hands on. Books are great. So is the internet. It is a great place to learn new things. I watch movies on Hulu. It is pretty cool also
I am disabled (shot in the head when I was 13 years old). I walk with a gimp and my left arm doesn’t function right. My cousin shot me in the head, which I pray to God he gets his because my family just let him get away with injuring me. I pray half a rosary a day, on most days.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Social work. It is pretty old, but at least I have that. I do Doordash a little bit. Just try to stay busy. I write lyrics every day, even if I don’t have anything to write about. I force myself to write. I like to take long drives and end up in a totally different place. I like to talk to interesting people too. I like making music with people. This is something I have not done in a couple months. I like going to open mics and just do my own music, or play shaker with other peoples’ music. It is pretty cool. Thank you for reading.
If I could choose which dinosaur to bring back. It would be the Anzu wyliei. It was the chick from hell, but hey it would not cause that much harm to humanity.
It is a bird-like dinosaur that feeds on small animals, plants, and possibly eggs. It has long sharp claws, which would be quite a sight. It measures about 3 metres from tail to head. It is a feathered beast, resembling a beefed up Emu. Maybe farmers could use them to eat gophers and other creatures that disturb crops. Thank you for reading.
If I won two tickets to travel anywhere. With the sun peaking out of the mountains and in a blue sky. After eating this delightful salad with spinach, romaine, purple cabbage, and tomato, with a bunch of herbs and seasonings. I would probably head over to Sicily to see if I could find other people in my family. I would look up the Pallante name over there and see if the name still exists. My people are from Sicily, and I am very interested in what they would have to say. I would probably start in Palermo Sicily to see if I could locate anyone there. If not, I could stop by the cathedral. I could eat some authentic Italian food there. Most likely pastas and cannoli, pasta tubes filled with ricotta cheese. Also, I will probably chill on the beach a lot and soak in some sun. Thank you for reading.
We have lost some really good actors and musicians this week. It has tugged on my heart. I can’t believe who we have lost just this week. Ozzy Osbourne, Hulk Hogan, Malcolm Jamel Warner, plus Chuck Mangione. They were all great at what they did. It is just all of a sudden and this happened. Death follows people. You never know when it could be your last day on earth.
I mean Ozzy Osbourne played his last concert before he retired and all of a sudden he died. Parkinson took his life. He was 76.
Hulk Hogan was only 71 and he had cardiac arrest, that really does make me feel bad because he could have lived a little longer. If the doctors monitored what he was doing, but on the other hand. When it was his time to die. Death came for him.
Malcolm Jamel Warner’s death was an accident. He wasn’t supposed to die, but he got sucked into a wave and died tragically. He was 54.
Chuck Mangione died of natural causes at 84 in his sleep, but too much death in such a short time is hard to handle, especially for their families and friends. My heart goes out to them. I am in shock right now, but life goes on. It is overwhelming, but hopefully they can find peace in knowing their loved ones are with God now and Jesus Christ.
