In this blog, I will discuss my favorite exercises. Since, I don’t want to be a large man. I like to do crunches and sit ups and work on my stomach area. I eat pretty well so I don’t get large for the most part because of my disability, it would be hard to get around if I am large. I have a gimp, so extra pounds would not work for me. I love salads and coffee and apples so eating these foods should not get me fat.
