List 10 things you know to be absolutely certain.

In a world that is full of uncertainty, ten things I know for certain are:

1. I will do Doordash later today.

2. I will drive the car to do Doordash.

3. I will go to Trader Joe’s grocery store later today.

4. I will buy apples, pears, and bananas from Trader Joe’s.

5. I will also buy some yogurt there as well.

6. I will do Doordash with my sister.

7. There was an attempted assassination on Trump today at a rally. The shooter is dead. Trump received a bullet to his ear and someone in the audience died, so 😢 sad.

8. Trump will recover fine from the attempted assassination.

9. I will eat a salad 🥗 today.

10. The moon will come out at night.

Are you seeking security or adventure?

If I am not looking for a relationship, I am more likely to be involved in one. Right now, I am just living day to day and seeing what each day holds for me.

If I get in a relationship, that would be cool. If not, that would be fine too. Either way, I am all right with the circumstances.

Taking an adventure would be great. I have not been on an adventure in a long time. If, I go on an adventure, I would like to go to California, maybe LA or San Diego, so I can put my feet in the ocean. That would be awesome.

Adventures are cool because you never know where they take you. You could be on your way to San Diego and all of a sudden, you end up in Las Vegas. So, one of these days, I will go on an adventure, San Diego or LA. I have always wanted to go to the comedy store, that would be great. I need to laugh more.

In conclusion relationships can come or go. I am fine if I am in one or not. The woman I would get has to be very patient because I am disabled, which sucks, but the way it is.

Adventure would be cool. Maybe go to the ocean or the comedy store that would be nice. So thinking LA or San Diego. Maybe one of these days. Thank you for reading.

What do you think gets better with age?

In this blog, I will talk about what gets better with age? I would say wine gets better with age because really old wines taste better. Maybe even Jack Daniels and Jim Beam may taste better with age.

Also, as we age, we gain more experience with life which makes us truly unique. So, surely by the time we are fifty or sixty we have more experience which should help us live a more fulfilling life. Thank you for reading.

What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

I work at night and it is hot during the day. So I sleep during the day. I go to bed at 8 AM and get up around 5 or 6 PM. I am a night owl. I also can’t sleep at 9 or 10 PM because I am so wired up with caffeine. I usually stop working around 12 AM so that is why I stay up so late and get up so late. I do Doordash, so with the job there is a lot of flexibility. Like I said, it is too hot to work during the day. I would melt. Thank you for reading.

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

In this blog, I will discuss what strategies I use to increase comfort in my daily life.

Sleep is important, for 8 or 9 hours. If I don’t get that much sleep I am grouchy.

I eat a well balanced diet of mostly fruits and vegetables with meat and chicken in there somewhere. I eat salads a lot of the time.

Since it is hot outside, I only go out around evening time, so it is not that hot. In Southern Arizona, it gets pretty hot. So I try to stay hydrated by drinking water and coffee. Plus, I stay under a ceiling fan most of the day so I am not that hot. If it gets really hot I turn on the air conditioner and that cools down the apartment pretty quickly. I also take cold showers, which helps a lot with the heat and wakes me up also. Thank you for reading.

In this blog, I will discuss what was my most memorable vacation. It was the trip I took with my sister to San Diego. We went to the San Diego Zoo and Sea World.
