I don’t understand people these days. In Charlotte NC a Ukrainian woman had left her home country for a better life in the US, because of the war in Ukraine with Russia. She has just gotten off her shift at work and got on a train and the man behind her stabbed her to death. Now that is so sad. That man was an animal and didn’t deserve to be on the streets. If, he had been locked up for a little longer. He would not have committed such a heiness act. I don’t understand why he did what he did, but it is definitely a mental illness. Maybe he was hearing voices telling him to stab her. Whatever, it was, was not right. She was only 23 years old. She had her whole life to lead and for him to do this to her was uncalled for. Hopefully, someone in jail can do something to him for stabbing a woman that didn’t do anything to him. Who was just merely riding the train to wherever and was attacked like this. It is just so brutal. I had to write about it because things in this world are not fair. Especially when they involve taking the life of an innocent person like this. So, if you ride a bus or a train, and you see something suspicious about the person who is behind you. Please, feel free to move to another seat because this could happen to anyone. Life, these days are very unpredictable and you don’t want to be a victim of such heiness stuff. I’m just saying. Hopefully you people on here never experience what happened in this story because it is God awful. Thank you for reading have a great day and night.

Fruit salad made the right way

I can’t believe how good this fruit salad was, with grapes, oranges, pineapple, apples, peaches, cherries and figs. My body thanked me for eating such a healthy fruit salad. This was the example of what a real fruit salad should taste like. It was missing kiwi, but it was still very good.

My ideal week is a week without many issues and it goes by very quickly so I can relax on the weekends. Doordash usually goes very fast, plus these days we are waiting around for a run. So it is not that stressful. So my ideal week is one without many issues. The weather is cooling down and the monsoon is almost over. So weather will not be an issue, since it is almost fall, yes! Sammi ‘s and a salad

This Sammi from Quiznos was a great dish with chicken and a tomato. I would highly recommend Quiznos for anyone who likes wraps and sandwiches. If there is one in your town. The apple slices were great, too. The little salad with romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, and various seasonings was delicious, too. Overall, it was a very satisfying dinner.

This is how I relax. I eat a good dinner, and then my sister and I watch the news on ABC. It is a great way to unwind. I also take naps to relax and play my drums and sing a little to relax as well. I write lyrics and write on jetpack to unwind and relax as well. These days, sleep has become relaxing for me overall. I have a brain injury (shot in the head), so sleep is my good friend as well as my bed. I need more sleep because of my brain injury. So, if i can, I try to get nine hours of sleep. If not, I caffeinate, which is not good, but it is better than being tired. I read to relax as well. I read the internet and time magazines to relax and books. Thank you for reading.

What word:

The moon sparkles above us all night. It is quite a sight. Clouds sprinkled here and there, with the towering houses and the shadows rising up so gently, that it eases my mind to think of another way to say ,what a beautiful sight.

The word I would get rid of is can’t because there is always a way to do certain things. Such as, years ago, I would have said I can’t drum with one arm, but it is possible. Look at the drummer in Def Leopard. He drums with one arm. He is damn good at it. So everything is possible if you look at it from a different angle. Thank you for reading.

Big grudge

Like I have said in many posts. I am disabled. I walk with a limp, and my left arm doesn’t function correctly because I was shot in the head when I was younger. The cousin that shot me in the head never went to prison or did not give me any money. He just got away with shooting me in the head. My family and relatives just shove the issue under the rug. So, yes, i hold a grudge. They could have helped me get justice, but they didn’t, which is sad.

Even back then, my step dad said their family didn’t have any money. Then, both of his parents die.

Then, a couple of months ago, he bought a house. He used the money he inherited from his parents to buy the house. He didn’t offer me any money. I asked him for money. He said he spent it all on the house. How convenient. I really think he wants to go to hell for what he did to me. I’m just saying. Thank you for reading.

Younger than anything

When, I was younger. My real father lived in Pensacola Florida. So, mom, older sister, and I went with my real father to Pensacola Florida. We lived in his house. My real father worked as a car salesman. My mom worked at Sambo’s eatery. A long time ago. This is the furthest I have been from home, Pensacola Florida. I live in Arizona. I would have become a permanent resident of Pensacola Florida, but about three years into our stay there. My real father and my mom had a disagreement, which led to a divorce. Then, once my mom divorced him. We came back to Arizona and Arizona is still my home. Thank you for reading.

Ideal house

This home might not be fancy or setup for very many visitors, but it will work for now. I am grateful to have this place to live in. Like I said, it is not perfect, but as long as I can make my salads here.

Also, I have a place to sleep and a roof over my head I am good to go. Thank you for reading.

Delicious fruit salad

Many things can bring a tear to people’s eyes. The number one thing that brings a tear to my eye is a well prepared fruit salad, because I love fruit, especially if they have apples, plums, cherries, oranges, pineapple, grapes, and peaches. There are few things I like more than a delicious fruit salad. It is mainly because I feel great after eating the fruit salad. Fruit is good for anyone. It is a healthy choice. Writing is part of the process

Such as a beautiful sunset. I might have a beautiful story in me. If I can extract it from my damaged brain. I need to write more often, but usually, I am lost in thoughts. I write on paper a lot of the time. I blog because I have a lot to say about this terrible life. I am grateful for a lot of things, but I am angry at certain aspects of life, such as this disability. I walk with a limp. My left arm doesn’t function correctly. I blog because I want people to be smarter than i was and not get shot in the head because it can kill you or disable you. It is important to know the signs of a terrible person that may cause you harm. If they are careless and do drugs and drink alcohol and not in their right frame of mind. Also. if this person has access to guns. It is a bad combination. Drugs and guns don’t go together. If they are going shooting on alcohol or drugs, just get away from them. Nothing good can come of it. I wish someone would have told me that years ago, then I would not have gotten shot in the head. I would have run for my life. It didn’t happen that way. I got shot in the head. I am hoping that people on here are more brilliant than i was and can live this life without being shot in the head. Thank you for reading.
