Salad without the lettuce

Music is very important to me. It is what i do to relax. It is what i do when i need to express a feeling. Life without music would be like salad without lettuce. Music brings joy in my life, whether listening to it or playing or writing music. It is all enjoyable to me. The process of music is why I got hooked on music. Such as writing lyrics, then making the music, then singing the lyrics. I don’t have a great voice, but I am all right at singing. Life without music would be a boring life because I live for music. The process of turning lyrics into songs. That is my life in a nutshell.

Family and my sister

We usually gather around the table for a good meal and talk with everyone. We find out what everyone is doing and just spend time with each other. For, Christmas, we may get presents, but there is nothing super fancy. For instance, one Christmas I received socks, because back then I was wearing my shoes without socks. One funny Christmas, was when we gave our niece magnum condoms, lmao 🤣 .We gave our nephew a bag of charcoal.  We gave our sister a hickory farms sausage and our mom the best gift of all, a picture of the person who shot me in the head. We tacked the picture on the wall and she tore it down. We all got a good laugh that Christmas. Thank you for reading.

Cooking fries

People have all types of cooking experiences. Some are good experiences, some are bad experiences and some are in between good and bad experiences. Cooking fries comes between good and bad.

A long time ago, my sister and I decided to oven bake some fries. So, we cooked up the fries. Then, my sister had a wonderful idea. She put Cayenne pepper on the fries. They were burning my butt hot. My sister liked the fries. They were really hot, but also they were good too. So, she didn’t do that bad of a job on them. So, it was not a failed cooking experience. We ate them. We just knew next time, don’t put that much Cayenne pepper on the fries, just a little will do fine. Thank you for reading.

Lesson I should have learned:

I should have learned to duck for cover when someone points a gun in my general direction. If, I would have jumped on the ground. I would not have received a bullet in my head. It has been a long time since it happened, but the injury still affects me today. I still walk with a limp and my left arm doesn’t function right. The brain controls every aspect of the human body. Such as, if you get shot on the left side of the head. You can get short-term memory issues because the temporal lobes control memory. The frontal lobe controls organization, planning, and monitoring those plans. Partial lobe controls aspects such as pain, touch, or sensory information. The occipital lobe controls the eyes. The brain stem is the most important part of the brain because it controls heart rate, breathing, blood pressure regulation, digestion, pupil dialation, or constriction. I got shot in the temporal/frontal lobe and the bullet hit my occipital lobe, which is why I wear glasses. Half the bullet is still in my head, which sucks because it has brain tissue around it now.

So, everyone who reads this has to know. The brain is the most important organ in the body so protect it. If you are ever in a situation where you are going to get shot with a gun. Put your arm up because being shot in the arm is a lot better than getting shot in the head. The arm will heal better. Being shot in the head won’t heal as well because neurons are hard for the body to heal again. Just, if you get shot in your body, remember getting to medical attention is a must. It is a life or death matter. So the sooner a medical staff can see you the better. The better results you will have. Thank you for reading.

Walking more

I went for a walk last week with my sister. It was a great walk. I haven’t gone on many walks because of doing Doordash, but I get out and walk every now and then. Since it is cooler outside. I walk more often. It is my exercise. Since I don’t go to the gym anymore because it is hard and weird to do weights and lifting with one arm. I used to do that, but now it seems weird to do something that is meant for two arms and do it with one arm. I know I could do cardio and some of the nautical machines, but sometimes I feel out of place there because people who go there are physically able. Maybe. I can get back into the gym, but for now, walking is my choice of exercise. I am not very fast at walking like my sister. She is fast, but I manage walking with a limp. Walking feels good to me, especially when I walk to get something to eat or something to drink, such as coffee. It is a treat. Thank you for reading, and have a great night.

About a fruit salad

This fruit salad was absolutely delicious with pineapple, peaches, apples, strawberry, fig, cherries,and some more goodness. It really hit the spot. So healthy and it felt good going down the gullet.

As far as being a leader. I am definitely one now. I was a follower before the injury of getting shot in the head. Now I won’t be stupid enough to be led around again and fall victim to another person’s agenda. Never again. I always weigh the good and bad of a situation before acting. So I don’t get into trouble again. So, I am a leader for the good of people. Thank you for reading, have a great night.

Clouds and salad

Clouds face the rain that happens when everyone is least prepared. Rain channels are minds and cleanses the earth’s atmosphere. Especially where there are wild fires. They definitely need rain. Yet, clouds come and go without a shower in sight. Thank goodness there was not any rain today. Cause, it would have drenched me where I stood. So little wind, and no rain is good for me. Only time, I like the rain is when I am inside and bundled under covers.

As far as this salad. It was one of a kind, with chicken, pickles, tomatoes,peppers, romaine, spinach, and apple slices, with various seasonings. It was quite delicious. My favorite word must be salad because i love salads, especially eating them under an obscured cloudy day. Thank you for reading. Have a nice evening.

Another burger and salad night

This has become very common in my household, burgers and salad. It was another in and out night. Those burgers are delicious with onions and my sister put avocado in them, which makes them very tasty. The salad was good as well, with romaine, cheese, avocado, cucumber, spinach, kale, and some other goodies. It was a splendid night at my house. So we watched David Muir World News. It is always interesting how anything doing with Jeffrey Epstein, the child trafficker and abuser. Donald Trump denies doing the course of action, such as signing a birthday card for Jeffrey Epstein. Then just reflecting on what needs to be done tomorrow, such as going to Sprouts grocery store, which I know is going to be more expensive because of Trump’s tariffs. Sprouts is already expensive, put tariffs on top of that. Then it is more expensive. Well, hopefully we only have three more years of this treatment and we will elect a new president and he or she will not put tariffs on everything because the American people cannot afford these in considerate actions. I don’t understand people these days. In Charlotte NC a Ukrainian woman had left her home country for a better life in the US, because of the war in Ukraine with Russia. She has just gotten off her shift at work and got on a train and the man behind her stabbed her to death. Now that is so sad. That man was an animal and didn’t deserve to be on the streets. If, he had been locked up for a little longer. He would not have committed such a heiness act. I don’t understand why he did what he did, but it is definitely a mental illness. Maybe he was hearing voices telling him to stab her. Whatever, it was, was not right. She was only 23 years old. She had her whole life to lead and for him to do this to her was uncalled for. Hopefully, someone in jail can do something to him for stabbing a woman that didn’t do anything to him. Who was just merely riding the train to wherever and was attacked like this. It is just so brutal. I had to write about it because things in this world are not fair. Especially when they involve taking the life of an innocent person like this. So, if you ride a bus or a train, and you see something suspicious about the person who is behind you. Please, feel free to move to another seat because this could happen to anyone. Life, these days are very unpredictable and you don’t want to be a victim of such heiness stuff. I’m just saying.
