Ultimate comfort food

Potato dishes are ultimate food that’s not only wholesome but, for the most part, good for you. Starches are heavy, so don’t eat a lot of them, but in moderation. They are good for you.

Salads are my one go-to food for comfort. Without salad, i would be very tired. Another comfort drink is coffee. It helps me stay focused on the task ahead of me. Lastly, apples are loaded with vitamins and minerals and magnesium. They make the perfect snack. I heard recently that eating apples helps people not develop alzheimers, so that’s another good reason to add apples to your diet. Thank you for reading.

  1. I’m trying to diet right now so when my family took me to Chili’s I felt like I was going to have to settle by ordering the grilled chicken salad. But it turned out to be really good and satisfying.

    1. Grilled chicken salad is really good for you. Yes salads are the way to go if you want to lose weight. Also eat apples and pears because of the fiber. Those fruits are also good for you. If possible, eat yogurt too, especially low sugar. These are just suggestions. I am just saying. But salads are the way to go.
