I’m trying to diet right now so when my family took me to Chili’s I felt like I was going to have to settle by ordering the grilled chicken salad. But it turned out to be really good and satisfying.

Grilled chicken salad is really good for you. Yes salads are the way to go if you want to lose weight. Also eat apples and pears because of the fiber. Those fruits are also good for you. If possible, eat yogurt too, especially low sugar. These are just suggestions. I am just saying. But salads are the way to go.
